Haha read the thread about the rival new slot so hopped over to pantasia and gave it a whirl.
Easily the worse slot I have ever played in my life.

Rubish sounds.
Rubish graphics
Pathetic payout

No wild symbols!
No free spins!
Easy to go 40 or 50 spins without a win and when you do get one the paytable is a joke.
Burnt off 75 at 0.45 a spin in around 10 minutes
didnt hit the donkey feature.
hit the other bonus round and earned about 12*bet
total payout was about 15%
Stay clear of this slot
Stay clear of Pantasia Casino
and probably stay clear of Rival
oh and ps my comp points didnt even increase lol

bitter much?
guess you won't be praising them when you win will you? then it will be like they owed you

P.S. how you doing at GV Rusty-winning big at Eureka?
I tried that Come on Down (or whatever it's called) in fun mode - and was very unimpressed.
Loads of spins with no wins, and when I finally got the Plinko-Plunko-Plonko feature (or whatever it's called) it only gave me one disc to drop down the board...!
Haven't they every watched the show on the telly?
You should get at least 3 discs, like on the WagerWorks version - a far superior slot!

Eureka nearly made it onto my 'Funky Slots' page due the the very unusual graphics, but when I looked back at my notes from when I tried it, I'd said "Very Weird, Very Crap!".
Played 190 spins; Got the 5 free-spins no less than 10 times (one of which re-triggered), but my lowest return was x0 :eek2: and the highest x24. Average return from the spins feature = x6.
No big 'regular' wins either. Wagered $112. lost $14.
So seems very low variance and great if getting loads of free-spins rocks your boat, but just not exciting enough for me.
Also, 27 is too many win lines...

it sounds like this casino is similar to getminted.com another site similar to jackpotjoy. Again on the surface they attract because they look good, but being of the no download type of game, they have never impressed in terms of graphics and content.

I have to disagree here.
Rival casinos are full download - and yet their slots are 'poor' visually.
(Except the 'cartoon' bonus rounds on the i-slots which are great)

WagerWorks casinos (e.g. Get Minted, Virgin, Paddy Power) are no-download, but many of their slots are far superior in graphics & sounds.
(Try Monopoly Here & Now!)

hmm strange because those price is right games and plinko are all also on getminted.com which isnt download.
Yes, that's what I said.
Both WagerWorks & Rival have slots based on the same game-show.
(Though I believe WagerWorks is licenced to use it & Rival is just using a 'rip-off' of the same 'Plinko' concept).

Damn straight they owe me!
They owe me a fair game that has a higher return than 20% over a couple of hundred spins.
Sure if I had won I would'nt of been so hard on the slot but it is poor in sound, visuals and excitement.
I'm not bitter just furious. ;)

Not played GV since my little run in with them which is a shame because I think the software is much better than Rival.Just MO of course.

lol $350 at 2 dollars a spin gone in seconds and not one feature at all. This has got to be the worst slot out there for sure. It caused me to close yet another rival account that is three down now.

Geez thats a bad run Rettahs!

Ive been doing OK at Rival, but to be honest I steer clear of that slot as I dont think it pays well at all.

I did notice something odd in the promotion terms when I claimed one the other day - it said 'the following games may have bet amounts modified: video poker, etc etc, bonus round'. Does that mean that the amount you can win on bonus rounds whilst using a bonus is limited?

Maybe CocoaRob can help us with that one.

I dont have any real complaints about Rival...they have been very generous and pay fast, but I appreciate your opinion and experiences :)

I had a bummer situation at Pantasia last night. I got a free $7 credit because another casinos transfered accounts there with the new deal.

Anyways, like an idiot I played real crime bank heist and hit the bonus round where the cop car is chasing your car. Sure I could have quit the game, but kept playing. I had been betting one coin all lines, but when it went to the chase round it made me play 5 coins per line. At ate my measly stake in no time.

Just bitchin, that's all :D I ilke their games and do well enough all in all.

Hello,

The "bonus round" term was added accidentally by the operator when creating the promotion. It doesn't have any effect at all whatsoever, and we will remove that option from the bonus creating tool as it is merely confusing.

Cheers,

Rob

No comment to the OP?

I didn't plan on it - Rusty had played a small number of hands (total wagers of around $125 IIRC) and did run into the unlucky side of things. I did PM him with the return information and as you know he's decided to give up gambling. The return for this game is 96.21%.

Cheers,

Rob

Top-5 Casino Group

I think you guys are all crazy. Cocoa Casino has some of the best slots with the highest payouts available anywhere in the known universe. If you haven't figured out how important this is, then you are really missing the boat.

If you don't like the paytables on the 5-reel video slots, that is personal preference. You can get higher variance with the 3-reel slots if that is your gig. The graphics are a bit weak, but that does not take away from the fun of winning.

The bonuses are more than fair, the customer support is excellent, and payouts are quick. Top-5 casino group IMO.

The only suggestions I would make are to improve graphics on the 5-reel slots since those players really value that sort of thing, and to add a higher-variance video slot to the mix.

It's a real shame anybody would call a 96%+ slot a rip-off. That's a real disservice to the operator.

You been drinking the kool-aid?

If they are related to Paradise8, then you must be drinking something other than water or coffee to state this.

There are a few old threads about the payback on these slots and they are not very complimentary.

To say such a thing is very misleading, also, for I have played these slots for many, many months and was determined to beat it with hitting a "good" one (different variations) and never did except for a lousy 5 wilds (top jackpot) for $150.00 on a $.75 bet, so I can attest to the fact that they are one of the WORST paybacks I have found in online casinos. I hit 5 flaming 7's on $.75 bet for a $1000, so yes, the payouts are very stingy here. I quit playing there a while back after a hit and a payback like that.

Now I will say that the customer service was pretty good and the no deposit bonuses were extremely helpful and generous too. So if your looking to make a killing, make this your last stop. If you want some fun play time with the no deposit bonus, this is the place to test the waters a few times before committing a real deposit here. Just my opinion.

I don't understand your complaint here. 5-Thors on T-Struck at .90 cents would only pay $1,000.00 also. Higher wager..same result as your .75 cent bet. I think it's a good payoff for your wager.

The slots pay out 96%+. That is a fact and I believe it.

Apparently the top jackpots on their 5-reel video slots are not to your liking (I don't like them either). That doen't mean they are stingy or a rip-off. That's like saying blackjack is a ripoff because it only pays 3/2.

I recommend you look at the overall payout % of the slots. Find the ones with suitable %, and then look at the pay table to narrow down your choices to games you would like. A slot with 96% payout but a small top jackpot is not going to satify someone like yourself. So skip the games with small top jackpots and find one with higher variance (big prizes).

If you can't win here, you just can't win (you are probably picking games based on how they look instead of how much you can win). They give you all the info you need (very few casinos do this), so spend three minutes looking and you will find the right slots.

You are comparing a bushel of apples to one orange or lemon in this case. I didn't say all their slots are junk but this one is a loser in my opinion reguardless how many times you quote me the payoff percentage.

I like the Rival slots but I won't go near this slot again. I had a bad run with this slot, 2 bucks a spin and over $350 wasted with not one feature. To me that is a bad slot not just a bad run and since I have played all their slots I was not used to that kind of run at all.

You go play a few hundred in it and come back and tell me how great it is, post that big win screen shot and I will thank you for your efforts but I won't be playing it again :).

My miswording?

5-Thors on T-Struck at .90 cents would only pay $1,000.00 also.
This is a fantastic win for 5 of a kind just as I was saying, that 5 flaming 7's were great. I guess I worded it wrong for I was comparing my two hits (the flaming 7's at another casino vs the 5 wilds at Paradise8) which is the top payer at Paradise8 and it was 5 wilds and got $150.00 which was the jackpot. That was what I was trying to say. Sorry for the confusion!

Stingy and very POOR payouts, yes, rip off, never said this.

That is your choice. But facts are, the paybacks at these casinos (group?) are piddly and not worth the time and investment IMO. I have played them, got hooked on the thought I could win a big one and realized that I HAD hit the big one which was a total disappointment and quit them.

Nowhere else can you hit a jackpot that I know of and make less than the investment overall.

Nowhere else have I hit the top jackpot as often as Rival slots.

I fear they are going to give you what you want: convert the slots to a lower overall payout with larger top prizes. In fact that would be an interesting experiment: to see if people started complimenting the slots more with lower payout %. I bet they would.

I guess you would need to....

Nowhere else have I hit the top jackpot as often as Rival slots.
Top jackpot of $150 vs 5 OAK at $1000 for the same amount of bet...I guess they would have to let you hit quite a few times to match a hit for 5 OAK which isn't even the TOP prize.

I choose the big payout vs numerous little jackpot hits, for hitting a jackpot, it should be BIG and exciting and should make you want to jump up and down in front of your screen...not look at the hit, and say "HUH?""WHAT"..."you got to be kiddingme!!!" type scenerio, when you just hit the jackpot...

I had played the slot once before and did okay but this is the session that did me in. You can call it a small sample but losing $350 bucks at $2.00 a spin, 258 spins with 198 with a zero return and not one feature all within 5 minutes is not my idea of fun lol.

Old / Expired Link

Figured I would post the stats so people don't think I am exaggerating.

Damn! 1-2 seconds per spin? You were only giving the RNG 100-200 clicks between pulls! It might have been having a bad five minutes... $500 in five minutes? You averaged 1.25 seconds per spin. If the RNG clocks out at 100 per second, you were in a clump of 32,400 numbers - that in itself makes it a very small sample.

I feel for ya though, and agree that is a crappy return on your wagers.
