Hi Guys,
Wow, this thread has been busy. Let me try to answer the questions posed here:
This one is from Vegas Regal
Old Attachment (Invalid)
These terms are just absolutely ludicrous !!
and this comment comes from one of your affiliates here Nicolas. Look at this from one of your players perspectives:
Lets say I just deposit the minimum of $25 X 300% = $75 bonus, so I start playing with $100 now at a 30X (deposit + bonus) wager requirement which = $3,000 to meet playthru. Lets say that I actually manage to accomplish this then I am off to cash out my huge winnings right...WRONG!!
Now since the bonus is non cashable that means that it will be removed from my cashout max of $300 which is 4X the bonus amount of $75 as the terms state...then that leaves me with the giant cashout of $225.00 after I have managed to meet these ridiculous playthru terms of $3000!
And another note in those terms there above...where is the one mention of "Videopoker" and whether it can be played or not ??
Who is writing this stuff and What are you guys smoking over there my friend??
Oh, common now RobWin, with all due respect, I think you are being unfair. Our 300% bonus is not the only offer we have. New depositors also have the option of a 100% Bonus up to $1,000, 35x Play through, no max, fully cashable. Not many HONEST casinos offer such generous bonuses.
We provide both options to different types of players. There are players who don't mind having high restrictions, so we give a high bonus to them (I'm sure you know they exist).
For players that like less restrictions, we give less bonus. We try to satisfy everyone and I think by offering both types we do a pretty good job at it. As an affiliate, I think you will see our player conversion rates speak highly of what players think of our casino.
Hey guys, there is a loophole here. If you only have bonus money left in your account after meeting WRs you can bet the whole lot on table games since these are allowed and you have near to a 50:50 chance to win.
clj, I sorta think that the Rivals show disrespect to the players by saying they have the right to deny promotions. Though this is true, I dont have the same feeling for RTG or MG casinos because they dont do it in a blanket way ie cutting off the whole lot. You have a feeling of being despised. There was a thread several months ago where a player who was supposed to have a monthly cashback suddenly had this cancelled after he had lost several thousand quid. I believe that they should have honoured the cashback until they notified the player that he was no longer eligible for it but they obviously thought otherwise and did not allow the cashback.
I would comment on this, but since the casino has been named, it would be unprofessional of me to chime in. I can comment on people talking about an anonymous situation with a casino (like the What if this were you thread), but once the casino has been named, that is for the casino at hand to deal with.
Is there no one besides myself who thinks that these casinos may be having financial difficulties? Those bonus offers seem solely designed to garner deposits, with very little to no hope of ever cashing out on them. So come and deposit, and play...but sorry, you can't win. This sure seems like alot more than just mismanagement, IMO anyway.
Seeing as Nicholas is quite active on the forum (which is appreciated).....is there any chance he could possibly address the Progressive Jackpots issue I raised in my previous post? Forget the other issues (lawsuit, bonuses, intermittent withdrawal delays and withdrawal limits, etc). I would just like to hear a plausible explanation, or any explanation, as to why progressive wins are not paid out in full at the time they are won. What is Rival doing with that money that is supposed to be "set aside" to pay these jackpots? Thanks.
No we are not having financial difficulties, on the contrary. And I seriously doubt Rival would have any, after all, their business is booming, especially with all the other software providers pulling out of the US market (look at the amount of new Rivals opening). I honestly don't have an answer as to why it isn't paid out in one lump sum, but I can say that I will contact Rival to make the suggestion that it would be nice to change, and point them to this thread. The bonuses I can change, but Rival software policy is out of my hands, the most I can do is suggest and draw attention to an issue.
I hope I didnt miss any messages. Let me know if you have any further questions.
