Sad to hear Tommy Ramone has passed at age 62. RIP and riff to the heavens!

Indeed, for a band that had such limited chart success and record sales they were so influential, often credited with sparking the 'punk' movement, although like the NY Dolls were more leather and rock based and overshadowed by the venomous and aggressive UK style of punk which took hold. They toured for 20 solid years from the 70's until the mid 90's and previous to Tommy, 3 other original Ramones passed away too.
