Lou passed away this morning after fighting for his life for weeks in ICU.
He went to the ICU on the day of his friend Allan's funeral.
He leaves behind his wife Marie and a large family.
I know Lou ruffled a lot of feathers. But his real legacy is the years of tireless work he put into bettering relations between affiliates and affiliate programs. He solved by far more affiliate related issues over the years than anyone else. Because of him, many programs are permanently more affiliate friendly, and countless affiliates have been paid what they were owed.
In the course of the excitement of current events, we forget all too easily to give credit where credit is due.
Thank you, Lou, for all you have done for us and may you rest in peace.
