Well first I had trouble claiming the first deposit bonus.
Contacted chat and they added the bonus. But to my CASH account and not my bonus account :O

Trying to find answers from the chat operator is going no where so far.

I am supposed to contact them to find out how much is left to wager...*groans*

i have never won a thing!

I read your post and I have played at Rich Reels for about a year. Not sure why I keep playing except for the fact thinking that eventually something will start paying off. I have trully never won a thing!

I can't win at Rich Reels either, should be called Poor Reels cause that is what it makes you.

I thought it was just me!!! But yeah their slots seem to be tighter than other MG sites, I think it is because they are so focused on the tournaments that few people join to actually play the slots. For the record, I busted out of my $150 + $150 bonus in record time, my balance never went over $350. And the non-clear play bonus thing was really unsettling.

Now I don't feel so alone!!! Rich Reels is the only MG I can play at however since I have had no luck there I am spending less money so I guess its their loss in the end.:D

Hi darkpixie :). I'm just wondering if they added the bonus to your 'cash' account on purpose because you had difficulties? If it happens again, take a screenshot and then just enjoy it. I've got accounts at all but the last few since the change for US players and have been playing them for a long time and they can be sooo frustrating. :( I do feel however that Microgaming casinos are the fairest casinos around and Rich Reels sure paid out quick. so don't give up yet. :)

okay count me in and busted TOOOO

Okay Im with the rest of you, have been playing here for three months or so and thought that eventually itll improve ...did $50.00 this morning in what seemed like minutes...think its time to find a new place to haunt.

Have also found customer support to be very contradictory, right hand doesnt always seem to support the left hand....

Thanks for the heads up on other peeps experience...off to uninstall....

Hi felicie, I later found out its the T&C for the first deposit bonus that it gets added to your cash account. Which is very suspicious if you ask me. The bonus system is there, why aren't they using it???

I played with Rich Reels & the parent casino Vilento for years.
And they are not any worse/better,than other MG-casinos.

It ALL depends on where in "the game" you start, when you register.
All MG pays out about 95-97 %, so if you lose, lets say, 300 on one particular game, don´t stop.
Just keep on going,(YOU MUST HAVE THE SAME WAGER;YOU CAN´T CHANGE IT),and you will always ending up losing a little,or winning a little, on that game. (goes for slots, and video poker, thats all i play).

I played MG since 2001.
And even when i have lost 4000,dollar,without getting a fu.... bonus, (dragons lot), i ended up on 4043,dollar,after several bonuses when that game finally turned around.
This CAN´T be just luck.
This always happens to me, and i never stop, until the bonuses finally comes.
Sometimes you hit them right away,so,then, u done.
Find another casino.

I might be able to give a reason why the bonus is creditted to the cash account.I took the £150 100% match at villento which presumably has the same bonus rules. If you read the t and c,s (i thought I had), on the first deposit bonus the playthrough is subject to a weighting - 50 % on slots
which means the effective WR is 30 times deposit + bonus, not the 15 times
the the player presumes.this makes the WR on £150+match £9000 -very nearly impossible. I was lucky and hit a £3k win and cashed out £2.5k
(which was paid very quickly via bank transfer).
On subsequent deposits and bonuses, the bonus is creddited to the bonus account and operates in the standard MG fashion (if there is one).
I presume that with the weighting system used on the first deposit match being is non standard, it has to be done manually as the software cannot cope with 2 types of bonus operation.
Apart from that I had no problem with the casino, good Cs and fast payout.

Rich Reels using their own PT system, I suspect

I've had some experience with them.
Rich reels is the sketchier child of MG casino, and I for some reason remember placing them with Red Flush.

Here's my two-cents in the matter.

Both rich reels and Red Flush have minimum cash-out restrictions of like 100$ I believe (One of the two definately, but I cannot remember if both do)
Now a $20 minimum is fair but 100$ can force play in a benchmark win, not allowing say, a 50$ cashout in hopes to redeposit with a bonus later. I have lost many times trying to reach the 100$ barrier and over extended myself which I do NOT approve of!

Promotion-wise, Red Flush is tricky because the promotions sometime require a code, others not. Red Flush ALSO says they cannot manually credit missed promotion code promos after being tricked into thinking a promotion is automatic and then playing on bonus free cash credits. This is why I stopped playing there because promotions should not be misleading or change back and forth between CLAIM THIS CODE or AUTOMATIC.

Pick one and stick with it for the love of god.

OK, now that I finished saying that, let's talk about Rich Reels T&C.

I remember being particularly excited at first because the playthrough is 15x deposit + bonus.

So I was at first "Wow, thats pretty sweet. I'll definately max out the bonus for this guy." but my unsuspecting friend, if you read on, you will notice that the slots play only counts as 50% of the playthrough!

50% playthrough contributions? What the hell is that? Everyone knows that slots are 100%. Always has been, always will be.

In any case, the varying percentages for weighted playthrough must result in some backend logic tracking the wagering circumventing the original ClearPlay bonus system MG has included.

This means that the user cannot shortcircuit play and forfeit a bonus in light of a big win if he/she wishes to cash out.

Standard MG playthrough has been 30x deposit and bonus. For each 10$ in bonus money, it will be released into the cash account for each 300$ or so wagered. Something to that effect anyways. That's what has made MG so good because the bonus money was actually like money for a change. It allowed a way to track playthrough and keep the bonus money.

Anyways, I mainly play RoyalJoker (ie intertops Green) now. To be honest, I've received wins from both Red Flush and Rich Reels. It's just that the bonus systems are misleading in various degrees for both establishments barring my player choice of RJ at the moment.

Anyways, that is mostly likely why they have the money going into the cash account to misrepresent TRUE playthrough requirement and restrict players from premature cashout.

Haha sorry Shadow, didn't see that part so sorry for potential double posting.
Point made though. Misleading!

Sorry also for the rapid posts!

Did anybody else notice that the first deposit bonus is sticky??

I strongly remember the 1st deposit rolling into my second deposit restrictions :what:

no prob, you explained it a lot more clearly than me :)
and as you say the bonus is very sticky

So gross.
I've never heard of a MG casino using sticky bonuses until Rich Reels came along.

Also, you can bet your boots the "bonus" money is removed on cashout.

Haha, why don't they just go the virtual route and also inforce a max cashout restriction? :D

...or the operator can't read (the MGS operator's manual)

As a player of Villento and Rich Reels since both....

started, I can say with confidence that both casinos now have a horrible payout. Villento use to be good good, Rich Reels sucked from the beginning.

Just my experience and views

I have also been playing at both these casinos since they started, and your experience pretty much mirrors mine. I always did pretty well at Villento. Last March-May was my high point as I had several $5,000+ withdrawals back to back to back. After that.....NOTHING....80 deposits before I could even sniff at another withdrawal.

And yeah, Rich Reels has never been kind.

On a side note....Centre Court is my fave MG slot, and I am WELL OVER 2000 spins combined at both these casinos now without a feature!

I have always found that after months of being "on the suck", I will have a burst of good payouts on MGS, even on casinos that I had NEVER done well on in the past.

I would be more confident with a "sucky" spell on MGS than on RTG, since with RTG it could be down to a lowering of RTP, whereas with MGS it is all down to luck, and game selection. Not ALL the slots at MGS are 95%, some are a bit higher. Variance and bonuses also play a part into your CHANCES of winning a worthwhile amount. MGS casinos do not generally have these max cashout limits that risk big payouts being "confiscated" if you are "lucky at the wrong time".

Withdrawal Process Delay?

I just started playing at Rick Reels lately. On the first deposit I used a bonus but have not used a bonus since then. I deposited the other night and won a little so I cashed out using my quicktender account (webwallet). This was withdrawn on the 7th of October. I know there is a 24 hour waiting period and as of the 8th of October it is showing as a work in progress. I sent them copies of my documents however they said they didn't need them unless I was contacted to send them (I sent them anyway). I really expected to see the money in my quicktender account today but it was not there. It specifically states on Rich Reel's website that withdrawals made through webwallets are paid within 24 hours.

I called Rich Reels today and spoke with Natalie that told me that they started working on it yesterday however they only process payments once a day and never process them on the weekend. She said my payment would go to the ecash processing center on Monday and then it would take 24 to 48more hours. I told her that this is not what is on the website and that if they have it posted on the website they should follow those guidelines. I told her that I cashed out on Wednesday and from what she is stating I will not see the money in my quicktender account until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. She claimed that the ecash processing center does not work on the weekends. I told her that this was not true because I have cashed out at other casinos and been paid on the weekends, sometimes within hours after a cash out.

How can these casinos continue to do this and still be accredited? If they have guidelines to go by then why are they not followed, and if they do not follow the guidelines then why are they not reprimanded? Does anyone know the casino rep for this casino because I would like to ask him or her these questions? I play every night and I would like to play here, however, I do want to find out about why the rules say one thing and yet they do another.

The question should be asked if the US facing MG clones are a part of the Accredited MG listing? They supposedly aren't MG anymore.

My opinion is, they need their own separate Accrediting from the original MG casinos.

But the ownership of US MG's may still be unclarified at this point.

I have been playing at Rich Casino and Villento for the past couple of months..I have had a few withdrawls and I feel it has gone quite smoothly...
They have a 24 hour waiting period...I seem to have my money in my QT within 2-3 days..I am happy with that...Good luck

Waiting

Thanks for letting me know about how your withdrawals have gone. It's just when you withdraw on Wednesday one should be paid before the following Wednesday, or they need to change their withdrawal policy structure from the website. And, I also agree with the other person that made the comment about should these still be listed under the MG...should they? Since they are different than the other MG's, maybe they should have their own category. I will let you know when they pay. I do want to continue there as long as I am paid promptly. However, I will say that the other night when I asked if they could flush the account they said they could not do that anymore. This I don't understand? :what:

Rep for Rich Reels

Hello...does anyone know who the rep is for Rich Reels? This is one week since I cashed out and I have still not been paid and it is only $300.00 (and some few cents). I cashed out last Wednesday (or count it Thursday morning cause it was in the wee hours), I sent in my electric bill and drivers license and waited the mandatory 24 hours (they would not flush it). Anyway, I was told then that they did not work on the weekends so that it would not be sent to the processor until Monday but that I would have my money in my webwallet (quicktender) by today. I had not used a bonus when I played. Today I got on live help with Patrick but got booted off so I called the toll free number and spoke with him. I told him the situation and he was telling me that it was a 24 to 48 hour wait after the processor got it, which I told him that I had waited...matter of fact I had waited 7 days. I told him that I did not understand why on the website it states that webwallet withdrawals would be processed within 24 hours. He put me on hold and after a while came back and said that he talked with the ecash people and they had misplaced my withdrawal but that it would be done tomorrow or tomorrow night. I told him that since he had talked with them why didn't he tell them to go ahead and do it now since I had waited one week. He said that they work until 4pm and they were fixing to leave. I am trying to be patient but this is ridiculous. We play our money, they won't flush, we wait the 24 hours, nothing happens, we wait 48 more hours, nothing happens....why can't these casinos just pay so that we can continue to play without all the stress!

Thanks for letting me vent. I want to continue to play here (as I play somewhere every night) but I have to see some effort here on their part. So...if anyone knows the rep, would you please let me know so I can send them a PM.

Thanks...Linda
