Rich Reels using their own PT system, I suspect
Hi felicie, I later found out its the T&C for the first deposit bonus that it gets added to your cash account. Which is very suspicious if you ask me. The bonus system is there, why aren't they using it???
I've had some experience with them.
Rich reels is the sketchier child of MG casino, and I for some reason remember placing them with Red Flush.
Here's my two-cents in the matter.
Both rich reels and Red Flush have minimum cash-out restrictions of like 100$ I believe (One of the two definately, but I cannot remember if both do)
Now a $20 minimum is fair but 100$ can force play in a benchmark win, not allowing say, a 50$ cashout in hopes to redeposit with a bonus later. I have lost many times trying to reach the 100$ barrier and over extended myself which I do NOT approve of!
Promotion-wise, Red Flush is tricky because the promotions sometime require a code, others not. Red Flush ALSO says they cannot manually credit missed promotion code promos after being tricked into thinking a promotion is automatic and then playing on bonus free cash credits. This is why I stopped playing there because promotions should not be misleading or change back and forth between CLAIM THIS CODE or AUTOMATIC.
Pick one and stick with it for the love of god.
OK, now that I finished saying that, let's talk about Rich Reels T&C.
I remember being particularly excited at first because the playthrough is 15x deposit + bonus.
So I was at first "Wow, thats pretty sweet. I'll definately max out the bonus for this guy." but my unsuspecting friend, if you read on, you will notice that the slots play only counts as 50% of the playthrough!
50% playthrough contributions? What the hell is that? Everyone knows that slots are 100%. Always has been, always will be.
In any case, the varying percentages for weighted playthrough must result in some backend logic tracking the wagering circumventing the original ClearPlay bonus system MG has included.
This means that the user cannot shortcircuit play and forfeit a bonus in light of a big win if he/she wishes to cash out.
Standard MG playthrough has been 30x deposit and bonus. For each 10$ in bonus money, it will be released into the cash account for each 300$ or so wagered. Something to that effect anyways. That's what has made MG so good because the bonus money was actually like money for a change. It allowed a way to track playthrough and keep the bonus money.
Anyways, I mainly play RoyalJoker (ie intertops Green) now. To be honest, I've received wins from both Red Flush and Rich Reels. It's just that the bonus systems are misleading in various degrees for both establishments barring my player choice of RJ at the moment.
Anyways, that is mostly likely why they have the money going into the cash account to misrepresent TRUE playthrough requirement and restrict players from premature cashout.
