reverse withdrawing

I wonder if anyone has had the same problem as i have? I won 1900 pounds from a m/g casino and sent in my documents that i had as i had no picture i.d(which they knew about and accepted) and was told the next day, the Friday that they were fine but just to send in my birth lines. I did this that day and was told all was fine and i would have my withdrawal which i paid 20 pounds to have my cheque delivered by courier. During the course of the weekend while waiting i reversed and lost 1000 pounds(my fault) and was told on the Saturday it had been processed. Come Monday morning i call them up and get told that they had made an error with my paperwork but it is fine now but by the end of play on monday still nothing? I am still awaiting word now on Tuesday at mid day and i am getting a horrible feeling as i still have no word. The casino in question is a great reputable casino and i have never heard of this with them before so i am sure i will be paid but has anyone else had this reverse withdrawal problem after it should have benn taken away and processed.

Sometimes when you reverse a withdrawal, it cancels out the withdrawal request. You may have to put in a request again for the new amount.
