I am not sure if this is where I should post this, but it said any questions can be posted here. Just looking for some info regarding this casino. Awhile back I have read your forum and someone posted that slotoasis was good at processing their withdrawal quickly. Now, I have a withdrawal with them since 7/6 and their approval time is 24-48 hours but I have yet to get a response. I have emailed withdrawal dept. 2x and chatted with live chat, all I get is an apolligy (not a good speller, LOL ) but no answer to why it's taking so long, they do have all my documents up to date, so there is no problem with that. Is it because I am in the U.S.?? I'm not sure. Now, I'm not talking about the receiving time of the withdrawal just to clarify that, just the approval time. Which I do expect would take 6-10 days to process after the approval has gone through. smiley

Actually, this section is for questions directed at me or the site :D

No problem though - I'll move it to the Online Casino section where you'll lget more feedback for players, and of course the casino rep. I'm guessing it's a problem with the processor in the States. But I'm just guessing.

As for spelling - if you download the Google toolbar - it has a spell check function that is used when filling out forms - or when making posts. It's a great thing to have - and it's free.

Smiley, are you saying that Slots Oasis has not even "Approved" your withdrawal ??

And obviously if they have not approved your withdrawal then they have definitely not "Processed" it...correct ??

Hi all,

Smiley - Please message me your casino username so that I can look in to this for you.

same happend to me a few months back issue / reason given was to do with a problem with the ecash company. I did get paid around 3 weeks later so im sure you will get your funds but on bank wires they are the slowest out their you just have to wait. Suffice to say becuase of this I never deposited there again.

yes, i have not yet been approved

thank you for repsonding, but yes, I have not yet been approved and still waiting as of today. Processing problem it what I'm told, also I am having it deposited into my quick tender account.

thank you casinomeister

yes, you are correct, they say it's a processing problem and all withdrawals are delayed.

While I appreciate Louise`s sterling efforts, the delay was quite lengthy and the customer should not have had to jump through hoops in order to get his payment released. If it was as easy to solve as that Lousie why hadent your payments department already done it? In a case such as this, it works out, because on a site like casinomeister which has good quality reps on board, the chances of coming to an agreement on a problem is good. I ask the question however, had Smiley not been a member of this forum, would he STILL be waiting for this withdrawal? I would tend to believe yes.

hi Louise, You are the BEST!!

Not only did you get the casino to approve my withdrawal but also the withdrawal was deposited into my quick tender account. Just like that!! You are simply wonderful and THANK YOU again!! Very satisfied customer. smiley
Hi Smiley,

Please give me 5 minutes, and I'll have this fixed up for you ;)

You know I was thinking the same thing. How come the player had to come to Casinomeister in order to get this resolved? If Louise could take care of the issue as fast as she did then why couldn't it be done without the player having to post here?
I had a withdrawl pending with this casino myself about a month ago and and it sat in my withdrawl box well beyond the 48 hour period. So seeing that another player had the same problem month later is not very comforting. Kudos to Louise for responding so fast thought so that makes Slot Oasis still a great casino in my book:thumbsup:

Anyway

Most welcome Smiley... Apologies again for the delay. :)

Kind regards,

Louise

Louise, I'm sure most if not all here sincerely appreciate your fast response time here and also your forum participation as a Rep. But in the same respect I think most of us, me for one especially being an affiliate, would really appreciate a little more thorough answer as to why and how in the world it takes 10 days to process a payment to Quicktender??

Others are processing them within hours to Quicktender and it also does not appear by what has been said here that the OP was flagged or anything like that. Could you please elaborate on this issue a little further so as maybe to set all of our concerns at ease. Thanks..:)

Rob's concern is shared among many of us. Without divulging any personal details, we would like to know more on why it takes so long for a simple withdrawal. Furthermore, are there any delays (I mean taking 3 days or more) for withdrawals by other means eg Moneybookers or Neteller?

*BUMP* Thanks Louise, I figured you were just busy and have not had a chance to address this yet but there are also other new threads now with similar issues. :) https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/very-delayed-cashout-rushmore.32463/

In the other thread there is an outstanding payment to neteller that is overdue for a week. I can understand the hassle for USA players being paid by check but for UK players using neteller as payment options I simply cannot understand the delay. Withdrawals at RTG casinos cannot be flushed so players are tempted to lose 'em all back. Not looking too good, I am afraid.

Yep this group gave me the exact same bull they are churning out now - processor problems - delays etc out of our hands ETC .. I did finally get my 4k plus withdraw 3 weeks late but only after tons of emails and some politly worded messages that I was gonna do a PAB. Oh and my "docs" were in the same day I played n won. I never deposited to them again because of this failure and happy to say from me at least they have lost 1000s in possible deposits from yours truly alone. Its bad news for them and for players using this trick to stall and delay in the hope a winner plays it all back.

I've having trouble with a withdrawal here too. Waiting 12 days so far for a Neteller withdrawal, i'm a UK player.

Well if you have all your docs sent in and have played according to the terms and their is no other reason for the delay on your part then this kind of behavior in my opinion is totally unacceptable! and should be seen as border line rouge behavior!!!

Hi everyone,

First of all, sorry I haven't gotten back sooner concerning this. I've been extremely busy here and we have lots going on - Sure you'll all see some changes and new things in the near future!

We've had some various problems with withdrawals in the last few weeks, which I know it unacceptable and I offer sincere apologies for the wait for all the players who have been caught up in this.

Good news is that all of these issues have been rectified and all monies to players are on their way, if not received already.

As mentioned previously, we will soon be seeing some new and exciting things happening and are expanding our team ten fold so hope that everything will be running very fast and smoothly.

Apologies again.

Kind regards,

Louise

Hi Louise,

The good news is more employment. The bad news is you were seriously understaffed.

Whatever the reasons, I reiterate that the withdrawal system should be similar to the one used by Inetbet and Jackpot Capital where withdrawals are approved by the system rather than the manager (except for big ones like Nash's:lolup:). That way most players get their money in ewallets within 24 hours. With more personnel, I expect this to be easily done right?

We are also expanding in other ways which will mean that we need more staff :p The issue with the withdrawal delays weren't to do with being understaffed, but I agree that having more withdrawals staff working 24/7 will mean that I hope we can send some seriously speedy withdrawals!

Louise

Louise, in all due respect to you, I for one am really getting frustrated with your continuance of eluding to answer a direct question. You have not even given me the same respect that I have shown you here by continuing to avoid my direct questions and act as though you did not read them !!

If you don't want to answer the direct questions that I have asked you or for some other cloak and dagger reason cannot answer them because a higher power told you not to, then fine...but at least have the common decency and respect that you have been shown to at least state and acknowledge that !

I want to preface this comment by stating that Louise has helped me personally on occasion and I know she has been active here at the Forums which is a very positive thing, and I believe her intentions to be genuine.

However, I tend to agree in principle with Rob. It's bad enough that people were waiting 9 days for a Neteller cashout, and 17+ days for a fedex check etc, but then the only information we are provided with is what didnt cause the problems.

Its nothing personal Louise, but you really need to state exactly what happened and not just say 'Well everyone is being paid now so all is good'.

If the truth isnt told when these things happen then players start to draw their own conclusions, which are never positive. For instance, if a casino was taking 9 days to payout to Neteller, but then suddenly all outstanding payouts were processed as you state, the first thing that comes to my mind is that there wasnt enough money to cover the payouts. I might be way off, but it shows what players will think if they arent given an apology AND an explanation.

I think you just answered your own question. We'd all love straight answers, but a corporate rep. just isn't going to admit their company's own faults, especially in a open forum. Best you can do is take Louise at her word that the current issues are resolved ( and know full well new issues will arise) and be happy. I'm as fustrated as you (my last cashout took 17 days to get to me), and I tried to get straight answers too, but this is just the way it goes.

No word yet on your payout Nash? I agree the resolved should be removed as over 20k is alot of money to just be sitting there, atleast a phone call or email from V.I.P MANAGMENT wouldnt be unreasonable imo, sorry i recommended them to you Garry....................laurie:o

Laurie, you should not be sorry in the least.

And way too soon to rush (oops) to judgement although the lack of a reply from Louise and/or VIP in any form whatsoever to my very early in the week email inquiry with the on-going silence is bothersome. I better zip it in case.
