Hi, how are you guys!

I just register here today! Nice to meet you.

I am,writing to warn everybody here to not to register online casino called 'cherryfiesta.com'.

I never opt for promotions sending for other casinos so I am not really sure how I got text message from this casino.

Anyway, I registered and played.
Lost a lot but be able to get some money back ( I used their promotion and successfully wagered 50× time) and now i have 600 euros in my account.

But they would not verify my account nor answer my questions (I asked to give me tax/registration number).

Then I searched online about this site and it seems like this site is scam!

I already made a ticket for this case (thank god I found this site) but i would like to warn you about this site...

No one should experience what I am going through now..

There are only one customer representative and his customer service is very poor too.

I never knew online casino can be scammed because money is considered (I thought all the sites are strictly monitored by government or regulations).

Please be careful with these scammed online casinos guys...

Sadly, you’ll spend more time and money trying to recover it than you’ve lost. It’s honestly barely worth the effort trying - they’re not going to pay out, and they’re beyond the reach of your legal system.

I found this site because I am having a difficult situation with a casino called 'cherryfiesta.com' (you can find my thread of this story under the title of: cherryfiesta.com - warning).

I checked my bank and it shows that I made deposits to place called 'casinoempire.com' instead of cherryfiesta.com which is existing and operating under 1668/JAZ licence.

I also googled phone number which provided by cherryfiesta.com's website, a lot of casinos showed up with same phone number and address....

I cannot believe the numbers of scammed casino sites out there..

The address & numbers provided by 'cherryfiesta.com' is:

Please be careful and never use these website!

No, I did not hear anything from them yet.

But as 'danofthewibble' mentioned above, I do not think I will get this fund back...

But I hope some miracle happen..

I know you are being helpful and that's kind but if you have raised a pab the rules do not permit you to post on the subject at all . You risk the pab being discontinued.

So 4 weeks to get paid, and that's likely only because they saw this thread. You were lucky, many more won't be. As said, make you stay away as if you won anything significant, you definitely would not get it.

That's a great result and I'm really pleased for you. Like many others I thought that money was gone. In the meantime the spam emails from 'Newcasinostoday' keep coming. They've paid you with one hand but will be taking more from innocent people with the other. I can't believe they're still able to operate.
 
Please check out the section on this website for reputable and trustworthy casinos..under the accredited casino tab...so you won’t have to go through this again...
