Hi,

I'm a new member of casinomeister, so forgive me if I have done anything wrong.

This is regarding the redflush.eu casino, I have a £800 pending withdrawal which was made two weeks ago but nothing has been done about it. I have sent the required documents (all scanned - passport, driving license, bank card used (front and back), credit card bill showing my address and online bank statement showing the transactions made to there payment company - seabrookltd).

I have even email the redflush.eu host Rithen, but have not heard from him ever since. I have seen various emails saying that they pay late or never and by this I am getting worried that I may never see the £800 sent to my account.

Is this a common issue with redflush.eu.

They also want a copy of my bank statement that's been signed by a bank official and date stamped by the bank, I have requested this by my bank but they refused this. Now I'm stuck and have ran out of ideas as I don't know what to do.

Please help as I need the money to pay my college exam fee, but this withdrawal policy of redflush.eu needs reviewing as it is around 7 working days since I initiated a withdrawal.

There you have the problem. I don't know why they ask for it but they wouldn't do it without a reason I suppose. Why would the bank refuse to do what they ask for?

It's never smart to write that you need the money for exam fees, because then I could ask if that was the money you used to gamble with in the first place.
I won't ask but that's what I'm thinking.

I do hope you can solve it in some way and get the money, so good luck!

Regarding the exam fee, I had just spent £60 with there bonuses but I deposited 3 x £20 in total. I won up to £1800, but went crazy and ended up with £800.

My Barclays Bank say they never allow customers to have a bank statement printed within the bank, to be signed by an official and date stamped for someone else's request.

Well I might as well wait until I get the actual statement in the post, and then email the credit team for verification.

UK users can be verified without all this anyway.

I'd say the casino is stalling.

Why on earth would they need so much documents to prove one person,

Surely a passport and bank proof would do.

Whatever you do mate, please please please DO NOT reverse and then risk losing it all. You've already lost more than half of what you had won before you thankfully saw some sense. If you're gonna gamble, at least cash in on the occasions when you do win, because there will be plenty of times when you do not win.

If they choose to dig their heels in in the hope that you will crack and then blow the lot, then you have to dig your heels in too, only deeper. :)

Hi,

I have already sent the rep a direct message and so far he has yet to reply.

I might just contact support regarding the status.

Ok I gave you a link to another one of their reps, but no idea to use that one then.
They have both been online today but before this thread was started.

You can be sure that they will respond though but asking support is never wrong.

Red Flush is Accredited here - which means that if you don't get a satisfactory response within a reasonable time frame (a day or 2 max), you can Link Outdated / Removed, which will definitely get you your money IF you haven't broken ANY of the casino's T&Cs.

Whatever you do - please DO NOT reverse and blow your winnings away. You were EXTRAORDINARY lucky to win so much from a small deposit - I would say a once in a lifetime result actually. Take the money and be very thankful for it.

Got my money

Thanks for the help & advise everyone. I contacted the Redflush host "Rithen", he contacted the banking and security team regarding my withdrawal. They approved the withdrawal and processed the £800 payment last night, and I received the winnings in my account today.

Thanks again for your support :)

How about asking the rep for an explanation. If the rep can get you paid, it means the casino got it wrong. The rep could not have gotten you paid if there was a genuine concern that required putting pressure on your bank for this extra document, (which you could have done by telling them that their refusal was preventing you from being paid £800 by a company, and that you would take it to the Financial Conduct Authority). The banks are well aware that this is all to do with anti money laundering regulations, and that banks themselves sometimes make similar bizarre requests, and expect compliance even where it involves another company authenticating a document such as a pay slip or proof of employment.

Wonderful news. Enjoy the money and good luck with your exams :)

Several things wrong IMHO. Dmistry should have been able to pay his college fees without the 800 pounds. The casino asked for this and that and seems to be stalling payment for 2 weeks. Once the rep intervened everything was plain sailing and this does not bode well for Redflush. Why should players, especially new ones have the confidence that the casino will pay out when it seemingly stalls what is not regarded as an astronomical sum for no reason at all?
