LOADS OF ISSUES

The lag and disconnections have been getting worse there recently, day by day.

But today was the worst ever !!!

Looooong laggy spins on both Netent and MGS, loads of disconnections and error messages (211 & 118)

The odd thing was that it was worse during bonus rounds. I had DOA disconnect 4 or 5 times during one particular set of freespins and the same with IR.

I got so pissed off with it, that I upped my bets, to either get something worth withdrawing or busting out quick, just to get it over with

Doubt I'll be making many deposits there in the future

They seem to be having a lot of those lately, the other day I deposited and the 50% reload bonus wasn't added (keeps happening with bonuses at Redbet) so I msgd live chat who weren't online as it was 5am.

I msgd the rep on here who told me it was a technical fault and apologised for the inconvenience, then later on I got 2 emails, replies from live chat I had messaged earlier, the first told me they couldn't add the bonus as I had started playing and as I had under £/Euros 20 left it was impossible to manually add the bonus.

The 2nd email, again from a live chat but a different agent, arrived 2 minutes later, telling me they had added the bonus manually :what:

Was bad during a bonus round for me too, though on the upside I hit a wildline, 320 euros from a 9p stake :D
 
I just spoke to someone on live chat around 15 mins ago, and he said "It will be sorted, can't go on like this for much longer", lol.

What a joke, spent the past 3 hours since finishing work refreshing and trying to play.

I'm off to play some BLOPs3.

YEP! I have attempted to use the JANWTU4 or whatever at both Red and Whitebet several times last week, and not once did they work, nor my monthly deposit bonus code. I got so fed up I suspended my accounts for a week.
 
Just realised I made a 300 euro w/d to skrill, it got returned to my account because I was told I had to withdraw the way I deposited. Fair enough.

However before it was returned, I played the free spins on Guns n' Roses, won around 4 euros and now that bonus money I have to wager so many times, however I have done several 18/27/36 cents spins on DoA and it hasn't counted any of them towards the WR.

And it shows as 2 sets of bonus money for some reason, I can only assume it's because I had to reload the game once due to the site's issues.

What a nightmare.

IS that not because DOA maybe does not count towards wager? Or no checked normally all slots allowed both red and casino blue. But regarding the free spins bonus should not worry about that as if you look it has just seperated your bonus. Total of both is around €3.20 and you have same wager requirements total anyways. IF you dont wanna risk your cash withdrawal. You should just get them to remove them manually and give you back again. :thumbsup:

PS oh my how slow is the site right now . Total nightmare slots are lagging and then suddenly stops. And shows error what a joke. NOT HAPPY REDBET!!!! :mad:

I had the same problem. CS told me that the wagering could only be done using bonus money. I was playing with a straight cash deposit. so I asked what would happen if I forfeited the bonus. and he just replied that he'd forfeited the bonus for me !!!
 
This is the explanation I just received as to why my play isn't contributing to WR, I've read this 4 times and I'm still none the wiser.

Really starting to lose my cool here, had support tell me a bareface lie only to be contradicted by his colleague, last night's shenanigans and now this.

I believe what they are saying is that you should cashout your real money.
Then the bonus will still be there and you can try to clear the wagering on that huge amount :p

Have you tried to cash out?

I won €20 on those free spins yesterday and it was a PITA to get rid of. I believe it's the new way of playing the games there that are messing all up.
They took it up before it was ready and we are paying the prize for it, like no bonuses.
I won't play there for a while now until I know they are ok.

I have made a w/d and said it was successful, though the way the last 15 hours have gone I wouldn't be surprised to see the funds returned to the casino account again.
 
Redbet have a slightly similar bonus system in place to BetAT when it comes to tying real money in but ONLY with FREE SPINS and NOT with reloads.

Quick example... you deposit 50e and get 25FS for your deposit

Deciding to play the FS first you win 25e, total balance now 75e.

The bonus/wagering will show up in you account but when playing as long as your balance does not 'dip' into the 25e you are free to withdraw at any time.

Wagering requirements for the bonus portion (25e) I believe will not commence whilst playing with cash and will only start contributing if and when you drop into the actual bonus amount itself.
 
Hi Everyone,

As you all know, last night Redbet and Whitebet was lagging and the games were spinning very slowly, if at all.

After talking to our tech guys about this, I can feed back the issue was caused by a minor problem in a back end database that handles each spin transaction.
That problem alone wouldn't have caused a noticeable service degradation, it was compounded by the fact that we had so many players on site at the same time using the Guns n' Roses free spins.

We are currently looking into a fix for this and we'll keep you all updated here as we go along.

Site/game speed is a bit better today but isn't back to normal yet.

Some of you have also mentioned the fact that you've had problem using bonus codes recently. This is also an issue that seems to be affecting a handful of players and we are also investigating that.

If this problem has affected you too, please send me a PM with your RB/WB username, which bonus code you tried to use and when. This will help us find the root cause of the issue, as well as allowing us to
resolve each situation individually.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused we'll try have everything back to normal as soon as possible.

I had a terrible time, Live help was quick of the mark and already had a template written out :) There was a delay in the free spins,

Than errror error error :mad:

It happens but bloody annoying when it does

Yes, this happened once to me. I withdrew 200-odd e and 20 minutes later (shows they are quick processing!) it suddenly appeared back in my game! It turned out I still had 29c of bonus funds left from some free spins, so had to forfeit the 29c and do the withdrawal again, then it was OK.

Hi Kerry,

The problem is still there. It's not as bad as yesterday but it's not gone away.
We've made some tweaks and updates to parts of the effected database which has helped but not solved it.

We're hoping the issue should be fully resolved at some point tomorrow.

Either way, I'll keep you all updated.

I have had a couple of disconnects and the games of ALL softwares are running slow.

Withdrawals are weird.
2 Made at REDBET and processed in minutes Friday evening.
1 made at WHITEBET later circa 22:30 and still NOT processed 18 hours later on Sat 30th. 16:30!

WTF??? :confused::confused::confused:

Microgaming slots currently disconnecting after a few spins, Netent up to 5 seconds a spin and WMS seems to be running normally with dead spins and dead bonuses.

Quickfire platform seems to be throwing a wobbler at a few sites this past week.
 
WITHDRAWAL ISSUES!

I always deposit/withdraw to NATWEST debit card. Say I withdraw and it's processed in 10 minutes (usually is!) I receive funds 2 working days later, i.e. on Wed evening it'll be in bank Friday.

On a Sun. evening, Tuesday.

Something odd this week. Made 2 w/d's Sunday evening, not in my bank account Tuesday as normal for that time, or today (Wed)!

A banking or processor issue, because my Sunday deposits also have NOT left my bank account!

Usually if the deposits and w/d's are done the same day, they go out of and into my bank the same day.

So 3 days and neither my deposits cleared or w/d's refunded.

I take it the money has come of your available balance? If so than my guess is a processes issue / delay on there side, Wouldst worry to much. When i used to play at betat the funds did not even come of my available balance :eek: It was just took a few days later as if I I made an instant transfer, so could of made as many deposits as I wanted as nothing was coming out my bank, so if my bank was 0 no doubt I still could of made deposits, That was a window for many of scams, Did inform them on many of occasions but they did not want to know,
 
That sort of thing has happened to me hundreds of times over the years across various sites/casinos. Either the funds do not come straight off the available balance of my bank or they reappear as available credit 2-3 days AFTER the deposit was made.

Used to be a hell of a lot with Vegas Partner Lounge and DigiMedia transactions.

I was informed at the time that if the 3rd party did not 'accept the funds' in their 'appropriate manner' (whatever that means!) then the payment would be refunded to the original card (my bank card) this happened over and over again but eventually the payment would 'physically' go from my account as much as 5-6 days later!

Was also told that it was sort of a 'trust' scenario where the player (or 'I') was credited with the deposit funds and that a 'none physical' guarantee that my bank would actually pay/make sure the funds were available was in place the moment the deposit was 'confirmed'

When these funds regularly reappeared (in my bank account/visa) they were actually genuine 'withdrawable cash' nothing 'ear marked' or did not form part of a phantom balance.

It was as I say 5-6 days later the deposit value(s) would come off the actual balance. If I'd emptied my account on the rare but odd occasion then it did not send me O/D either, just the amount outstanding would disappear off my next credit to the bank (Wages/Withdrawal etc)

Hope this makes sense cos I got more and more confused the more I typed.......

Non-stop hassle this gambling malarkey. Last time they 'missed' a w/d I made and left it 'awaiting process' for 2 days but Adam sorted it, appears they missed it.

The issue with the bonus codes not working for some of you is currently being fixed. We've identified the cause of the problem and we're just waiting on the fix to be put in place. I'll let you all know once the problem has been resolved.

I take the opportunity of the presence of Adam to thank again, closed the account on Redbet in October last year but
over time I realized that the Redbet VIP program is the best , in many casinos do not exist or is significantly lower ,
so I asked for the reopening of the account, Adam was generous with bonus with me, I have not forgotten.

UPDATE - received both w/d's and deposits cleared today. Weird, all took 2 days longer than usual.:confused:
