Hi all.

I made request on withdrawal 95 euros, having left 15 euros on the account.I did deposits for the sum of 200-300 euros there earlier. I went to a chat and I asked, whether it is necessary to send me documents.
I was told "Will contact you", but I asked email and sent documents at once.On my balance still there were 15 euros, I went to the slot of "Dizzle me" and put on autospin on 60c.After I smoked, I saw 80 euros on my balance. I thought that I won and continued game.Actually,they simply "threw" my withdrawal on my balance.
Why they cancelled withdrawal and threw on my balance when I played?
In normal casinos simply wait when the person complited verification, but don't throw money for balance.I played in Thrills, Guts, Royal Panda,Betsafe and everything was good.

That is possibly and probably the last word I would use when describing Redbet.

Their Customer Service and very active rep on here are both very helpful and considerate.

I find your predicament / situation very surprising. I have made a handful of withdrawals from Redbet, all processed within a couple of hours, never returned to my playing funds / balance and also not yet asked for KYC documents??

2) I sent a complete set of documents (pass+statement bank+screen vip neteller acc (neteller-verefeid)
3)I came into the slot and delivered to autospin (I still had 15 euros) and I go to smoke
4) Having come back, I found 80 euros on the my balance.I naturally thought that I won something

Same here, waiting for them to have AUD available. Although I was more than happy with my DOA win in Euro. 12.5K EUR = 18K AUD ..... Still I deposit every week there.

Would deposit much more with AUD as my home currency is THB and 100AUD = 2700THB but 100EUR = 3900THB. So i get a lot more playtime for my budget when i deposit in AUD

95 euros are kopeks. I simply was struck by the fact of cancellation of withdrawal during game.
I understand that verification it is important, but why to cancel withdrawal, after all it was possible to wait for my verification, but not to do so meanly.

And in general, by rules of a standard if the sum of deposits more than withdrawal-instantly remove in minutes without verification. Who played on pokerstars knows about what I speak.

In all fairness if what Perez is saying is true, the casino should not have put the funds back into his account. Normally an email would be sent requesting additional verification -- not cancelling the withdrawal. As previously suggested by Harry, you should contact the rep and he will look into it and if what you say is true I am sure he will make it up to you. I for one would never leave it on autoplay and walk away. I would leave the sound on and make sure I knew what was going on at all times.

THAT really hurts these days as the Pound Sterling is killing the Euro these days.

When in doubt about your English skills, try not to use profanity - especially in thread titles. This could be found offensive by some - to include the casino rep. Redbet does not treat its customers like "s**t". On the contrary, they treat them quite well. If you had an issue with them, you should have expressed this to their customer support and also to their casino rep here. To do otherwise is just baiting people - it's like you just want to complain but don't care about getting results.

That is good advice and yes your totally to blame if you play your funds to zero if you do so.However in this instance i don't think its fair that the op has to be careful that not only may the funds he wishes to risk be spun off but also the withdrawal he made earlier will be added back into his balance and this is also at risk.That said he's gone about it the wrong way,should really have spoke to the rep and tried to get something resolved without the need for starting a thread with the title he gave it.
