Redbet pending withdrawal

Hi all,

I had only used redbet once before where I deposited £20 and ended up taking £20 back out and the withdrawal was approved the very next day.

On the early hours of Tuesday morning I deposited £110 over three deposits and ended up withdrawing £230. It has been over 4 days now and the withdrawal is still showing as pending. I've contact support a few times but they just say it's with with payments team and will be done shortly... they can't give me a timescale?

This isn't normal surely? Over 4 days to just approve a payment.

I wouldn't mind if they needed some info to verify my account etc but they haven't even contacted me.

You should contact the Casino Rep:
Just write him a Private Message linking to this thread + your Username on Redbet.
Not sure if they are active here on the Weekend though.

Thank you, I wasn't sure how to find the correct rep. I have now sent them a message so hopefully it gets sorted.

If nothing happens until Monday that will be over 6 days sitting as pending with no contact which I don't really think is acceptable.

Hi Scott,

They normally pay out quite fast.
I use Skrill 95% of the time for my deposits and play at Redbet myself sometimes.
I must check my records but I never had to wait more than a few hours.
Not sure if anything changed in their withdrawal processes recently but the do have a rep here as already stated in previous comment.

Try to send him a message and see what is going on.

Just checked and they have approved my withdrawal ... wonder if they seen this thread!

Last time I will be playing on Redbet though... shocking amount of time to approve a withdrawal.
