About the bonus structure you might look at some competitors. Casumo for instance has an interesting system.
You will always bet partly with cash and partly with bonus funds. For instance when you have a 30% bonus and make a bet of €1.30 1€ of your bet will be cash, €0.3 of your bet will be bonus.
No matter what happens the cash part will always be withdrawable the bonus part will be withdrawable after the WR have been met.



Or the way Vera & John / MrGreen does it. No strings attached as long as you play with cash. When dipping into bonus balance - max-bet restrictions and the usual terms will be applied.
In your next board-meeting you bring this up.

My problem is that I get SO many e-mails (100+ every day) that I tend to skim through most very quickly, if at all.
Another problem is that WR changes are VERY, VERY important to me, as I always state them on my websites and it effects the rating and positioning of each casino, but most operators don't make WR changes as their "headline news". (Especially when it's bad news!)
This would not be as important for other affiliates who don’t put this info on their sites.
At least it WAS in one of your newsletters – many other programs don’t inform me at all!

All of our players receive great levels of service it’s really a case of giving some of the more regular and high stakes players a personal point of contact. To be honest, i think they are still among the best out there...in the same class as VS, 32RED, Mr. Green.

Nowadays, i hardly play with bonuses, so the WR requirements have become less of an issue. Why not just make it, say, 60x bonus, 70x bonus, etc?

This keeps things simple and allows players to do an honest comparison between the former and latter requirements. Changing the fundamental method of calculation is something businesses do in order to trick customers, much like Tesco announcing "No price rises for a year", but then reducing the weights of the goods on a regular basis.

Changing the method of calculation here has just made things more complicated, and now we have a "damage limitation exercise" in order to stop scaring the players away, which in this case is ditching the 30% boni. This would not have been necessary if the method of calculation had been kept the same, but the multiplier increased.

Having a xB WR specification makes it easy for casinos to offer any bonus without one being any less valuable than another due to the percentage. It also means it's easy for players to compare offers with different percentages without having to whip out the calculator.

Interesting thread. I think the CAG (Bryan was suggesting he'd have a discussion about the way accredited casinos present bonuses and their terms) should have a look at all this.
IMO silly little percentages like 25% or 30% should NOT be tied in with deposits. To have a 30% bonus on $100 say and making the whole $130 'bonus funds' is simply unreasonable and a way of essentially making a player deposit cash far in excess of the bonus awarded and buying $100 of play chips with it.
There should also be one common denominator in any promotion WR - in the Redbet case the promotion should be described properly as '104 x B WR' (or whatever the calculation made by another poster was).

Not sure if the first deposit bonus is 45x b or 45x d + b. There is this term just before the term KasinoKing quoted:

Lastly not sure about if this means that you need to deposit more money to continue wagering if you have only bonus money left:

..and real money is used first. From the general terms:
