Well first i like to say that posts like this often comes after one has won, (like in my case) but its then you see how things really work out, cause who has problems making a deposit, right? Its when you make a cashout you really see how the casino operates (Withdrawal wise).

Completely agree, great managers and great casinos (although I have not had the pleasure of using Redbet as yet)

Also agree, there are basically two ways a casino can increase revenue.....

1). Quick payouts, competent CS - problems resolved with minimum fuss, good bonuses, = a great reputation = an ever increasing player base = a solid revenue income, growing by the day.

2). Stalling payments to not paying, CS = the leftovers that failed the Neteller or McDonald's entrance exam = stressed and irate punters, bonuses with more clauses than a third world car insurance policy, and a lavish helping of spirit of the bonus reasons not to pay = an ever decreasing player base, revenue at an all time low.

On the bright side - most of the casino`s that have category 2). ethics will soon be - either out of business or belong to casino rewards, the player base either way will find a better experience place to play at, with an end result of no more rogues, semi rogues. apprentice rogues, my other casino is a rogue, the rogue strikes back, type casinos, and just accredited to the nuts casino`s left, win, win, win situation imho .

Yeah, Ben&Andy (hey...that could be a new casino, like Vera&John ) are two really great guys. My favorite casinos are Maxino and Nordicbet, but Redbet and Whitebet are in the same league.

The ironic part is that Redbet is not accredited, but they will probably pay faster than most of the accredited casinos.

The thing about Ben&Andy is that they are busy guys, but they have like all the time in the world when you are contacting them. Other reps on this forum could really learn a lot from them.
