Both Mr Green and Redbet have been removed from the Accredited Casino section pretty much for giving a months' long run-around with some player issues.

Max and I have been extremely patient concerning the amount of man-hours we have committed to dealing with a handful of complaints, but the staff at Mr. Green/Redbet have not been as responsive as I would have expected. Clearly not what I would have expected from one of our Accredited Casinos.

I was promised several years ago by Redbet's representative that all of the players coming from Casinomeister would be given VIP treatment (Max is my witness). The rep from Mr. Green has been to my house and we have even hiked in the local forest to a Biergarten in the woods. We saw eye-to-eye on a number of things - most importantly - how players are to be treated and what is expected from an Accredited Casino.

But with a recent staff change, it's a different story. Now it's speak-to-the-hand - and a no-can-do attitude towards Casinomeister to communicate about player issues.

So with a heavy heart, Mr. Green and Redbet are now listed in the Grey Zone section of the reviews. I am sure most players won't have problems there, but if you do we won't be able to help.

Since when is the new staff?

As I stopped playing there too recently due to the service going down. And I was VIP there for a longgggggg time.

Could have seen it coming, sadly.

Good. Any casino who refuses to discuss player complaints should not be accredited in my view.

If a customer allows a third party to contact them to try to resolve a problem, then the casino should discuss it with the third party (in most cases). Any casino who refuses has something to hide.

Surprised at how Mr Green/Redbet have dealt with these issues but with Casinomeister's philosophy on what makes a Accredited Casino then rules are rules. No communication then you're out of the elusive club! :)

Mr Green was one of the first online casinos I joined, the good old days of VIP are long gone but I still play there with no issues now and then.

I know a couple of people that have closed their accounts their recently so is no surprise they off the accredited list, its good to see that these are updated when they start falling short.

Redbet have recently dropped me from their regular weekly 50% bonus offer out of the blue and just stopped sending me promos altogether. Had no idea that they and Mr Green had merged as I'd always liked Mr Green personally.

I was waiting for your announcement since Jan 2019 when William Hill confirmed the acquisition of the MRG Group. New broom in the kitchen now, and the development was to be expected considering WillHill's performance at CM to date.

Think they're done it across the board, not just you - probably accounts for why they were so tetchy when i asked what's going on (a voice from above). Notice though that Winningroom still run the weekly offers etc, but not RB.

Yeah,I still get the winning room ones. The redbet one still does exist as a family member still gets the weekly offer on their account as well as the winning room one.

I think you are correct in your views of Mr green ,I can't really say anything about Redbet,Mr green sent me a strange email saying that a withdrawal of 29.00 euros was approved and would be in my bank ,on closer look it said - 29.00 ,I had not used the site for weeks ,when I asked cc about this they flapped and could not give me a answer ,so I went to my bank and told them not to pay or accept any payments from the site ,I had to cancel my card and all. Dont know what is going on ,I'd say they are about to merge or sell god knows but I have lost faith in them ,just thought I would say,
