I keep getting an offer from Red Flush and I send them an email asking the same question. Is the offer two seperate offers or is it one here is the offer

Claim this offer with a 20% match up to 150 credits on all deposits…

Now the way I read it is the 150 free credits is just that they are free, but I have the option to take the second offer of a 20 % match up to 150 credits
along with it.
Now what I really think is this is a play on words that are saying it is free but I have to make a deposit to get the offer which then makes it a purchase not a free offer
As I have said earlier I have requested clarification on this at least 4 times and yet keep getting the offer with no response

It's a 20% bonus up to 150 on a deposit of 750. Ambiguously worded to sound a better deal than it is, sometimes they mention 'free spins waiting on your account', but likewise these are not free but come after a deposit. I am sick of getting spam from Red Flush/ La Vida three times a day with their crap offers and borderline deceptive tactics. If the rep reads this please have a word with your marketing department because these methods can do nothing for your credibility as an honest business.

"free" in this sense normally means "buy A, get B free". In this case, deposit $x, get $y free. $y being 20% of $x up to $150.

"free spins" is a little different, since you cannot deposit "spins" into your account, only money.

They could change the wording to make things clearer, especially since many players do NOT have English as a first language, and are likely to make a more literal interpretation of what is written.

Many stores use similar language when it comes to something being "free", and it only being "free" if something else is bought.

"free" is a much overused word in business, and customers should ALWAYS look for the catch, for there will ALWAYS be one somewhere, even if it is as innocent as you having to fill in a form to get the "free" stuff, information they can then sell on, or use to send you further offers.

LOL, yes, got the LaVida one on my birthday:

"Dear Peter, 20 FREE SPINS ARE WAITING IN YOUR ACCOUNT!!"

COOL! I thought, a casino that remembers my birthday!
NOT!
They just put it like that so that you open the mail.

And the other one, I got on Monday.

YOUR LUCK IS GOING TO CHANGE!

Really? I DONT WANT MY LUCK TO CHANGE!!

Should have taken that as a warning, as I was on a nice winning streak last weekend.
Yesterday I lost my a$$ in what was definately my worst MG session EVER!
So thanks a punch on the head for changing my luck!

I got that one too, and I withdrew £3000 off a £400 deposit last time. I do NOT want my luck to change either - I am happy the way it was last week:D

I don't think I will be doing any depositing today, Neteller is STILL down, and "today" only has a couple of hours left.

Got this phone call from RedFlush just a bit ago and the cs asked why they hadn't seen me for awhile, they had 30 free spins on something and a bonus offer if I would come back and play.

LOL, I asked if they had migrated as some did since I'm in the US, he didn't realize I was a US former player. But came down to, I have those spins there if anything ever changes and good luck to those of us here in the US.

However, had to say I could have listened to his Scottish or English accent all day, but couldn't figure how to keep him on the phone longer. ;) :p
