Hello

Not sure why 32 Red is rated as one of the top casinoes, I have had an account at 32 Red for over a year now and deposited a few times but was never able to withdraw because i always busted so i never experienced this side of the casino, Yesterday i got an e mail saying there was balance in my account i logged on and they had added a £5 bonus, Well i turned that £5 bonus into a £500 withdrawal last night.

So obviously i went to sleep i woke up this morning to check if it had been processed and no it hadn't, I got an e mail this afternoon saying congratulations Anna on that big win so after i saw that i logged into my account to see if they had processed the withdrawal, no they hadn't it was still reversible, I have just logged in now before i started this thread and it's still Reversible.

So they can can send an e mail to congratulate me on my win but my withdrawal still hasn't been processed 21 hours later, this is not the standard i would expect from a top rated casino.

32RED changed a few years ago Anna and now withdrawals are always pending at least 24 hours till they get processed.

If you had withdrew early yesterday you would have got it about 3pm today.

As you withdrew last night im afraid you wont get it processed now till Monday about 3 as they dont do weekend withdrawals.

Just do not reverse it.

32 Red have a mandatory 24 hour pending period before cash outs are processed. They also no longer do weekend cash outs.

This info can be found in their review info on CM :)

It will be processed Monday PM now, depending on your withdrawal method will depend when you receive the dosh.

Granted they're not among the fastest payers around these days but they do have a lot of other good things going for them and I would trust them well above all others.

Well done on such a sweet, sweet raise from nothing btw :thumbsup:

Edit: Posted same time as Paul, apologies.

Thanks for the replies i had never got to withdraw before so this is my first time to experience this side of the casino, I was just confused because of the long withdrawal time and it's not what i would expect from a top rated casino.

Hopefully i should get it Tuesday, At least i know now and i don't have to keep logging on to check to see if it's been done.

Yep, 'fraid so! Minimum 24 hours before they'll even look at your w/d and you can't flush any more either. You picked about the worst 4-hour window possible for a 32red w/d which means a near 4-day pending. Tell you what! To ensure you don't spunk it back again, why not take-a-break for 4 days, then it'll be processed before you log-back in next week *ahem!* *cough* *splutter*

I know how you feel.

As Jon says its still a great casino tho.

Just these days if you have not withdrew before you would think withdrawals would be quicker like you did until you actually try.

Theres been many threads about the withdrawal times you could search the forum and read some. It can be a shock withdrawing on a Thursday and not receiving money till the Monday when say at VS you withdraw and moneys in your account before you have made a coffee.

Just be thankful it was not in a fortnight or it would be Wednesday before its processed as they also do not process on Bank Holidays.

Yup, as many here have testified, it's the worst time to actually win!

Had a withdrawal last year of £900 at 32Red and had to see out the four days too.

I've never known time to go by so slowly, but there was no chance of me handing it back to them either after all the hours I'd put in!!

Goes without saying Anna dont reverse !! this is why and its the only reason why 32red have the long pending period now in the hopes players weaken and reverses the lot.

As already said why not take break for a few days - ) stops you being tempted to reverse.

Personally only done a handful of deposits at 32red this year and none of them near the cursed weekend with its shocking pending period!. Not a chance when we have the likes of Video Slots and co who pay in hours and minutes no matter if midnight Saturday or Christmas day (which last year VS did do for me :)

I will be playing final Fantasy XIV this weekend so i will not be reversing it, I have reversed a few times before now and they all ended up with me losing money.

Great advice . I aways do this on certain casinos with long pending periods . If everyone did this then casinos would realise that not only does their reverse withdrawal trap fail but it ALSO causes them to potentially lose new deposits/play from customers for several days . Now they are incentivised to process withdrawals quickly so players won't self-exclude and may redeposit

Nothing more to be said.

Yep, great advice that, but don't you need to contact CS at 32Red to enable a take a break or self exclusion as there is no option for the player to self administer this option? I hate not having full control over my account and as such, find it hard to play there.

I have always been reluctant to contact CS in case anything goes wrong or is misinterpreted. Knowing my luck, I contact them to time out for a couple of days, they ask why and I say I don't want the temptation to reverse a withdrawal, blah blah blah, they then lock my account for 6 months and say I have a gambling problem and that they have to uphold responsible gaming policies!!

I speak from experience as I contacted CS at a Nektan casino one time as I had several open accounts and in the back of my mind, thought one had been closed. I asked if I had a self excluded account with them, they said no but will close my accounts with immediate effect. WTF? Not what I asked for or requested, so not sure if CS have an agenda to follow which is prompted by certain questions?

I know! check those words out in my post prior to the one you've just quoted. :)

I was ermmm... quietly referring to just what you said bolded above but didn't want to open up old wounds caused by the controversial thread that became the biggest and most controversial of the year back at Easter when colour-number enacted this dastardly scheme...

4 days to process a withdrawal is shockingly bad. I know that is the worst case scenario, but still. There are so many better casinos out there, I just can't phantom why 32Red are going backwards into the future.

I remember when 32Red was the cream of the crop...

yeah, it's annoying as hell... it is more like criminal to have such a long wait time for a withdrawl... you do not need to wait 24+ hrs or upto 4 days to deposit, so withdrawls should be no different.

My sessions at 32red worst ever, deposit after deposit, too many deposits in past 2 weeks infact and am ready to close my account, not just because of the dead dry runs it contributes I guess but I am over
the idiotic bs long delays in withdrawls. If I keep depositing my money I am simply saying, oh well.. I support your crappy rules on withdrawls... well I actually do Not support it at all, and have recently been asking
myself, why should I bother with them when there is A lot of better options Casino's out there now and that are multiple platform as well.

It's a shame, I don't understand why they changed quite some time ago with this unfair and criminal approach at screwing over players who keep them in business to begin with.. maybe they are not doing as well anymore with all other Great Casino's and multi-platform ones / who knows.

I can handle 24 hrs pending if that also applied for weekends but it does Not. They used to Be Great once upon a time, however all great things come to an end.

And the thing is... I still play there tho ahahahahahahaah

Better contact support 1st thing Monday morning and check the status of your withdrawal, confirm method of withdrawal and ask if they need any docs from you. That always speeds things up, especially for the 1st one.

I finally got the money yesterday in my bank account but i wanted to add something, Last night i was playing at sky casino and they aren't even accredited here and made a withdrawal and this was late last night like after 9pm, I can't remember the exact time but i just checked my bank account now and it's already there.

Many casinos pay out fairly quick but lack the customer service aspect that 32Red have spent years building up.

You can trust them to resolve player and technical issues well, and have transparent T&Cs that don't bamboozle you into oblivion.

Pending weekends aside I can wholeheartedly trust them with my funds, something that can't be levelled at many other establishments.

32red have gone from the fastest withdrawals to the slowest withdrawal times , it puts people off from playing there , annoying

Once, 32 Red was one of the few casinos I really trusted, but today there are at least 10 casinos I know from experience will pay out even large sums within a few hours. So they are not unique in that way any more if you ask me.

32 Red was once the pinnacle among online casinos and was without a doubt the best casino of it's day. Today the competition have far surpassed them, imo. It is easy to understand why 32Red have made the choices they have in regards of longer and longer waiting times for payments. They are a publicly traded company, with investors demanding higher revenues every year. Longer waiting times for withdrawals means more people will play back winnings into the casino, giving them higher revenues.

But in my opinion this is like pissing in your pants to keep warm at winter, it helps, but only for a short while. 32Red should have gone full VideoSlots, with a broad selection of games and lightning fast payments. If that was the case, I would still play there.

Don't get me wrong, I don't have a beef in any way with 32Red, I just think it is sad to see the direction in which they are going. They could be so much better than what they are, in my opinion.

.

I still think they will, when is anyone's guess but I'd say sometime next year.

I have no inside info and this is just my opinion ;)

Sky Vegas are the quickest there is. Like Jon said 'chalk and cheese'! You're comparing a site which wilfully delays withdrawals to one which pays instantly. I only play at Sky Vegas now unless testing a new casino for my site, and for that very reason. NO piss-balling about, regular cash prizes and low WR bonuses plus most of my favourite games. No need to TAB at Sky Vegas - by the time you worked out where the instant self-set TAB button is they've have paid you

I voted with my wallet - you take my deposits instantly, you pay me instantly or with no pending. If you don't, you won't get the steam off my piss. :)
