Question re opening account

Stupidly i asked a casino to permanently close my account, as i had had a bad day and lost a lot of money, what i want to know is can i have it re-opened again, i didnt go into my account and close it, i asked them to do it on live chat, i have asked them and they are going to get back to me next week, has anyone done this before

It depends which casino it is and who they are licensed with. Any UKGC licensed casino *should* inform you that it is not possible to open the account again, whereas a MGA licensed casino may give you a 24-hour or 7-day pending period to think about your decision before reopening.

If you personally made the decision to close your account permanently in the first place, then you must have good reason too. If you are able to access your account again, seriously think about setting limits before depositing.
