I couldn't find my last thread regarding casino rewards suspending my account, but I sent yet another letter and they finally replied. I think that it is unfair, but I guess those are their rules. Here's the email I received for anyone interested,

Hi Petrina,
Thanks for your email.
When the CasinoRewards system automatically reviews your eligibility to claim rewards points, it takes into account your entire history with all CasinoRewards Casinos.
This history includes, but is not limited to your deposits, withdrawals and bonus' received throughout your playing.
If at any time they system deems that you are currently ineligible to redeem the points. It may be due to a cashin, a recent lump sum bonus or any other of the key indicators it reviews.
When I review your account, I can see the follwing - Remmebr the system reviews these, but is not limited to this information specifically.
One of the contributoing factors is your Deposit / Cashin / Bonus ratio. If this become to large, then the system will place the block.
Your CasinoRewards Debosi / Cashin / Bonus ratio currently looks like this.

Deposit Total : $470.00
Cashin Total: $1000.00
Bonus Total: $ 302.00

Fomr what I can determine at this stage, the deposit / cashin / bonus ratio would need to be decreased before points are released. In addition this is only one of the contributing factors to a block on points.
Contining depoits, and play would obviously change this rato on each occasion.
Should you wish to discuss this further please get in touch

Me thinx Sebastion types very very fast.

I guess they can close the book on your 'ratio'? I'd walk away from the group and call it a profit. Or I'd play without bonuses.

Good luck:thumbsup:

Before you join a casino

Point two:
If the terms and conditions are sloppily written - avoid this casino. When casinos are struggling with the English language, they ought to be avoided. Language difficulties will eventually lead to problematic situations.

This should be applied to emails as well.

I type fast - and I make mistakes. But at least I hit the spellcheck before sending anything out.
