Since joining Gamstop I have been trying to go through some of the casinos I had been on and where in some cases self exclusion had not been upheld and a new account was created and used with the standard result.
However, on questioning payments from Probe Investments(Energy Casino) with my bank following the casinos refusal to return deposits the bank have stipulated "we cannot follow up the refund because it is a gambling transaction". I think I mentioned this on here before and some said this was nonsense. Does anyone have any experience of this? In my view my bank should follow the case up, Energy CCasino simply refuse to cooperate. At least the bank should be asking the question but it appears they simply rule it out before doing anything.
