Rainbow Riches MEGAWAYS BUYPASS bug?

Just thought I would post this on here as well as reporting it to VS that this game don't work correctly as per pay table.

Maybe @trancemonkey can comment as could be a compliance issue as its blatantly robbing funds and not working as described.

This game allows you to save up for a bonus buy with wins ( good idea ) but If you set it to bank all wins or small wins it should bank your wins and lower the bonus buy for any stake you want. However if you don't buy the bonus buy then the game should credit your bonus bank back to your balance on exit of the game. More than once now I have exited the game which does reset the bonus bank back to zero but does not credit any back to your account. So far it only owes me about £10 but just warning people to check as I have only played it on VS im not sure if it is a local problem to them or a global one, as its strange than no one else has noticed?

I have to confess the first time I played it I didn't read the pay table and was surprised when I re opened the game to find my bonus buy values had reset which is why I went looking at the pay table.

No, casino's can choose which version they offer: one with the buy pass or one without (some offer both). 1200 spins without a feature is sadly not even that bad on a megaways slot... Bonanza can easily go 3000 spins no bonus.

This game is a bit weird for sure I was surprised on the fact that when activating the banking future it will mess up your real balance because it does not contract the banking money from your real balance. Had a bonus and was surpirsed I came out with less money when I played another game.

Game is alright, had some 50-100x-200x-250x out of 10 bonuses. Just the banking system seems new and a bit weird real balance wise and as op said, you won't get the banked money back.

A friend had 900 spins on Carnival Queen with no bonus and i had 400 before giving up once. I guess sometimes we all get the worst randomness of it all on some games. I swear I did not get a bonus on Donuts for what seemed like an era, now I got a few in the last month. Major error on this though if not crediting like its supposed to.

It is just the same as all these new Megaways slots. All can pay great had a couple good hits on this.

But you can go whole sessions without getting near a bonus. Need to think is it worth playing slots that these days either give bonuses regularly or go thousands of spins without a bonus.

Yes, I would have thought so yet here we are after a week having it happen 3 times and VS fobbing me off.



I doubt they even checked it as you have to play it for real money for the error to occur. I can see from the game log at no point did it credit me after the exit so why cant they? If i make a deposit and recreate the issue and video it are you going to re reimburse me? @Team.Videoslots

This means that if you look inside the game and you have €1 in your bonus vault and €9 balance, then you open a new tab, you will see that your balance is €10. Thanks for the swift reply, however this does not make sense, you saying when your playing with "bank all wins to bonus bank" it is still actually still adding them to your balance? It does not explain that in the info page and is misleading if indeed it is doing that but makes the whole idea pointless? No point in having a bonus bank at all if it dont actually exist?

Hi all, OK this is for anyone that plays this game so they don't get caught out with how the bonus bank works, as I believe it isn't how many would expect.

This game basically lies about your true casino balance when your playing it with funds in your "bonus bank" as it is your REAL casino balance minus the amount in your bonus bank, shown as "Balance".

When playing this game on its own this does not create any real problem as when you buy the feature the balance is correct and all is well. Exit the game with any bonus bank and your returned to your actual balance and the bonus bank is reset back to zero.

However, and this is the issue I have, when your are playing two games simultaneously any wins you get on the rainbow riches buy pass, even when selected to bank ALL wins it will actually still add those wins to your casino balance, thus can be played on the other game without knowing, to a point that you do not have those bonus bank funds available to you any more.

I really don't think this is made clear enough in the game rules that this is happening, and not sure how it got through compliance, and although I don't agree with how its done, I do accept that VS are correct in that the game is working correctly regarding the bonus bank funds, and I thank them for the time they took to look into it and to explain what happened. @Team.Videoslots So credit where its due.
