Oh, come on B - banned? I don't think so.

I liked Reagan though, despite the attempts by the US media to ridicule him at every opportunity...or maybe because of that.

Not if ya talk about him in this context:

"On August 14, the Drudge Report, Rush Limbaugh, and O'Reilly Factor guest host Laura Ingraham featured a recording of Ronald Reagan speaking in 1961 against "socialized medicine" for the American Medical Association's Operation Coffee Cup Campaign against Medicare. Neither Drudge, Limbaugh, nor Ingraham, however, noted that Reagan was speaking out against an early version of Medicare, which has become very popular since it was enacted 44 years ago, or that Reagan's dire predictions of curtailments of freedom were never realized". -

Those wonderful liberals, who fight furiously to save the life of a serial killer on death row, then march in Washington making sure killing unborn babies, continues to be legal.

Ain't this a great country? A country were you can even have pro-death-penalty liberals and pro-choice conservatives, argue for or against any cause, openly, even enact laws to suit our wishes or what we think should be, and all be in the same bowling league, Thursday nights!

I hope I am getting this the way you meant it. LOL Reagan was a true conservative and medicare was a government sponsored program and simply put, conservatives hate those. I doubt he voted for social security either. :D
