Just noticed that the withdraw fee for Quicktender is up to $30 now. Just sent support and email asking why they have decided to raise their rates again. It was first at $10 when I signed up, then it moved to $20, now up to $30!

This does not include what your bank changes you on your end. It cost close to $50 to get your money!

Anyone know anything about while these fees went up? I have sent support and email asking why, Ill post what they say here.

Have a great weekend everyone,

Justin

Im pretty miffed because it says "free" under bank transfer.. Its cheaper to pay the 5% for a visa credit on smaller w/d's. I had no idea, I did a $130 w/d and im ending up with $90...pure BS. I knew I didnt want to get this for a reason.

blackjackguide, let us know what they say about going up on the fees, I did a cash out about a week ago and it was still $20 then...:eek2:

I got an email today wanting identity verification documents. Now mind you, I have had this account since Quicktender can to be and had one with ECO card for a year or better. Sent all that stuff in once already, now they want to make sure I am who I am. CRAP!!! Was giving me grief over my Wired Plastic card last I heard from them. After verifying it when I opened account now they want to have me send in everything but a "health certificate".

Paying to gamble....

This is really disturbing, if it goes up one more penny I'm closing my QT account. Now it will cost me $58 to do a withdrawl, that's like a BM Casino having a door fee. I thought charging $20 was over the top, this is madness. It's like as soon as you deposit your behind. It's really almost not worth it anymore, I'd rather spend that extra money at my local BM.

With these new rate increases at QT it will only be worthwhile to make larger cashouts with this web-wallet in the future...

Have to ask, why use it at all? $30 is bonkers. Aren't there other e-wallet services that can be used instead?

Oh and for people who won't get life if their bank sees that you've been gambling, Betfair are doing a fee returned offer on Neteller deposits, so making it effectively free to withdraw from there.

Shocked, there are just a few options left for US players now,,,so that is why we have to use it...

5% load fee?

It's almost getting to the point where you can deposit directly to certain casinos using WU and pay the same price.....and you'd have a better chance of being reimbursed any fees you're out if you go that route.

Well I got an email from them just stating the obvious that the fee is $30 for withdraws. I told them that you never answered my question why the fee was raised.

Because it does cost so much to withdraw, I have been waiting to get a large cashout in there before I withdraw it. Ewalletxpress chages 10% withdraw fee. Guess they are all just taking advantage of the USA players.

Anyone know who owns this EcoCard/Quicktender systems? They are probably making so much money!!!

i had a cashout from a casino that had my funds wired to me W/U, for 2k minus the charges it was 1940.00 by the time i collected it. q.t charging 30.00 i can deal with and a small price to pay to get your money....

Just be glad it was not ewalletexpress then it would have been ewx's $150 (10% or $150 whichever is less) plus bank charges...good point L J as some of the bitching by US players is just bitching...we chose to play so pay...I will not use QT for reasons that have previously been discussed on the forum, personal preference...we are all crazy anyway for using any type of ewallet after the Neteller and then C2P situations... I'll give Uncle Billy Frist a good cussing tonight, lol!!!

They know they have us over a barrel. They can charge what they want.
On the up side Quicktender payouts seem to be quicker in the last week or 2.

I do not know who owns this company but I thought about buying stock!!

I am just happy we still have deposit/withdrawl options,
so I can not complain like I would like.

I'm not complaining because there are very few options for U.S. players but they never could answer the question (where did the extra $10 go?)...when it was $20 to withdraw, my bank charges $10.60 for an incoming wire and then another $10 ends up in cyberspace..in their reply QT said they (thought) it was probably my bank. Sorry, but no it isn't. So, $40.60 o.k., now $50.60...I have to win more to cover the cost of getting my money:lolup:

My bank charges $20, so you are doing good. I think the $10
you are talking about is the intermediate bank.. no clue
who that is but they get $10 too

To recap my fees: $30 QT, $20 Bank, $10 Middle man bank
:puke:
I should not be complaining as I would pay more as long as I have the service.

Its fine if you have big cashouts but what about the low roller? For instance. I deposited my $10 at INet yesterday, got it up to $80. I was gonna put $50 in QT and play with the $30. THen I thought, Im only gonna get $20 of that $50!!!!! So I had to play it to get it bigger and lost it all.

I really dont know what to do here guys. Im serious. Enzo, please dont get me wrong, I love 3 dice but I also love steak and I cant eat that everyday, I need a change once in a while.

I actually cried to Rich. It sounds silly but this my lifeline most of the time. I dont want this taken away from me but I dont know where else to gamble. I just dont know why Inet cant send me the $50 or more checks or do ACH. If one RTG can do it, why cant other ones? They said they wish they could but cant? Yes they can, they can send me a check but choose not too. Im gonna have to find an RTG who will pay me when I win (even if it takes a couple of weeks) who can send me a check or money order or ACH. PERIOD

Hi Babs! For small withdrawls eWalletXpress may be the way to go.
They charge 10%. Also there is a visa card called wired plastic.
You can do ACH withdrawls from Rivals (and other casinos?) right to that card.
That may be something for you to look into.
