This is great news. I hated emailing a question, hearing back 24 hrs later only to not have the question answered in the correct way.

Just for my own curiosity I have been checking throughout the day to see when their live chat will be open. Every time so far, they are not available. I would hate to think their live chat will only be open when they are open, very bad hours for someone with EST.

It kind of defeats the purpose if it is true (I have no idea yet) to only have live chat open until 12:00pm EST. No?

Thanks for this great info......But, have you any idea how long they take to wire funds to your bank? I know there is a 35 bucks charge I think way back I read a post where they take some 10+days. Is this still correct?

I use quicktender all the time and it takes about 12 hours to get the money processed as they only work during daytime hours and the money usually post in my account in 24 hours.

They charge $30...my bank charges $10.60 for the incoming wire. I order it one day, next day it is confirmed the day after that I can 99% of the time see it appearing in my account. Only time that doesn't work, of course, is over the weekend. Otherwise, there was just once it took 4 or 5 days.

Got my money from CW Monday a.m., order by QT on Tues., confirmed on Wed. and on my Wired Plastic card Thursday. WP only charged $6.95 for the wire. $30 from QT.
