This maybe be a normal response time for QT, thought I would check with you guys.

On October 15 I emailed them the Proof of ID documents they requested before they would change the email address in my account.

I got an initial reply within an hour or so stating the documents had been forwarded to the security department and someone would call me.

I have not heard from them since, so I replied to support on the 19th via email (just asking for a follow up) and replied to security on the 20th (yesterday) asking for the phone call.

I have not gotten a response.

Is this normal or is there something else I should try?
(Live Support appears to be offline most of the time)

QT support just resolved a deposit issue I had with them on 10/19. I alerted them of the issue around 10/8. I would give them a few more days. Don't be concerned though, their support is good and they seem to always do the right thing by the customer.

As for their online support, it's hit and miss. Sometimes it says "AWAY" , "BE BACK SOON", "OFFLINE", or "ONLINE". You just need to keep checking online in hopes of catching their support online.

Hope this helps.

Hi silcnlayc and ANDE52181,

Thanks for the fast replys - You guys are great.
Really good to know I am not emailing into a "black hole" at QT.

I guess this time frame is normal, even about an issue involving money.
Are they the best way for US to cashout at one casino and deposit at another?

I have been using Credit Cards for deposit and checks for cashout, but that is a very slow method.

Thanks Again - Really Good to get replies letting me know is normal.

I would highly recommend them for deposits and cashouts.

However, there have been a few issues I have read about and also just recently experienced on my own regarding their deposits. As far as I know, all the issues have always been resolved to the satisfaction of the customers.

As for their withdrawals, most casinos/sportsbooks will transfer your funds to QT within a day at the longest. Sometimes in less than an hour. QT's wire withdrawal method does cost around $30 and take about a week to receive on average but you remove the hassle of waiting for a check, depositing it and waiting for it to clear. Not to mention the obvious of not having to worry about the check not coming, bouncing or banks refusing to honor it.

IMO, Quick Tender is the way to go for US players.

I just had my first experience with QT and its all good!

I was afraid to use them last week so I had to have a wire from the casino itself which charge here and intermediary there and then your bank.

I requested a wire from QT Friday night late and on Monday morning early my time was "processed" and was surprised to see it in my account today wednesday...So now I will uise QT for depopsit and withdrawal :)) So far only 30 bucks and no intermediary but my bank will also hit me for 15 bucks so unless someone out there havea cheaper way please let me know

Thanks everybody
I just got back home - Live Chat was Online and did talk/type with me.
Said they would send a priority email to the security department who had my Proof of ID for their standard review.

Thanks again for letting me know others are experiencing the same wait times.

Hi bryand,

Thanks for the reply.
From the other threads I read about cashouts, I noticed many people like to QT to WP instead of directly to their bank. So I just order a WP card a few days ago.

Usually when everyone is doing something a certain way there is a reason.
But I am not positive I understand the advantage of QT to WP, over QT to my bank account?

It's not so much advantage as it is privacy and come December, might not be possible to do incoming or outgoing gambling transactions, although I don't see my bank refusing an incoming wire transfer

Yea, I just received my WP card today, signed up for it on 10/23. Receiving it in 8 days is not bad at all, within the 7-10 day timeframe.

I'm curious though, come December what are the odds WP will stop accepting bank wires? They are the only prepaid card I know of that accepts bank wires. All the rest only accept ACH deposits. I don't see them rejecting wires from QT because QT is used for other things besides gaming. Plus, I wager with a pari mutuel horse wagering site which is legal in the US and will be having my wire withdrawals sent to my WP account. Nothing illegal about me doing that.

Maybe it's time for QT and the online gambling sites to offer ACH withdrawals which would bypass any problems with wire withdrawals. Plus ACH withdrawals are done on a nightly basis through the ACH sweep and funds are credit normally in 24 hours to the receiving account.

My guess is being that wired plastic seems to be the rebel for prepaid cards anyways. That they'll do business as normal until the gov't comes in and say something otherwise. Which common we have how many laws into effect and the only banks that seem to be jumping through the hoops are the big ones anyways. So as long as it's anything but a huge corporate bank my guess would be it'll be business as usual until the fines start coming out.
I guess my example is the canadian law. As pointed out in another discussion they have a ban on online gaming in Canada. Yet the gov't doesn't do much reguarding canadians playing online.
