I will be away this next week at the GIGSE in Toronto. If anyone has any specific, or even a general question for software providers, operators, licensors, etc., post them here and I'll see if I can get some answers for you.

Here is a list of the exhibitors for your reference:

I will be checking in sporadically - so hang tight with any longish response times. Thanks!

Please ask Playtech when we can expect more varieties of 4 line vp. In particular, Joker Poker and maybe 10s or better and 2's & Joker.

Perhaps you can ask Chartwell about what happened to Blackjack.com.

It has disappeared, and several people, including me, still have money on deposit there.

Yeah, this is on my list of questions as Mike M still has not responded to my emails last week on this issue. I looked for him at GIGSE this morning but it's only registration this morning and he was not around. I'll catch up with him eventually as they have a big exhibit at the Expo Hall.

Thank you, Jetset.

I am not expecting to get my money back - and it isn't enough to worry about either. I don't even remember how much I had left. But I would like to know what happened.

Finally managed to get hold of Mike Marandino of Chartwell in the Expo Hall this evening, but we're really no further forward with this because they don't know what's happening either. The licensed blackjack.com to use their stuff, but it ceased operations without telling them and the software is lying dormant whilst they try and find out why this site went down and then re-emerged as a portal. It's a powerful url.

Short answer - they're still trying to get something out of the owners.

I spoke with the new owners of blackjack.com. Looks like they purchased the URL and not the casino. They have no contact/connection with the casino operators on this. I haven't talked to Chartwell about this yet, but I suspect that they will tell me that they are only the software provider and that they have nothing to do with casinos that go tits up. This is a bummer since this is the second time that this has happened.

I think that players may be screwed on this one.
