Hi there,
I did send a note to the Palace rep here, but no response was sent.
I need another opinion. Is it just me, something isnt right.....

I was on the Prime casino website and noticed this promotion. I know enough to read every detail, and it seem's pretty clear.

I have deposited many times with Prime and Cabaret always claiming the deposit offer sent every week. How great, I qualify since I have made at least one deposit!! These are the only T and C's listed regarding the promotion - One deposit at our casino.

BUT OH NO, apparently not.....
Friendly chat was nice enough to tell me "That is at our discretion dependant on your account and I am afraid your account cannot receive a bonus",
"I am afraid that your account has received many bonuses and has a very high bonus percentage. Your account will not receive any bonus today"
Ok, WHAT??!!, lol. We all appreciate a few free bucks, and a little play time which is great. Really thought I might get a little to spin, since I have exceeded the one deposit rule.
So basically since I have been claiming the weekly offers to receive the deposit bonuses, my standing stinks. It seems they have all the deposits, customer zero. Honestly I cant remember when the last time, or ever receiving a no deposit offer from this group.

I am not trying to give them a bad name, but I do not like to feel as a victim of false advertising. The conditions should be added on there website, it is discretionary to the friendly chat folks.
Reading the details, it seemed pretty clear. I have been gambling on line for years, with not a lot of complaints. However, issues like these stand out. Advertise your promotions clearly, it really does show an unprofessional flavor to your group.

Is it just me?
Thanks for listening!

It's a form of bait and switch. By simply saying you have to deposit, you deposit during the week as they offer the weekly promos, only to get stung with the "switch" on Monday when they tell you that additional criteria apply, and even then it is not an automatic qualification, but at the discretion of management after some secret formula is used.

It would be far better to make this clear from the outset that there is no guarantee of anything, no matter how often you deposit.

You may have better luck NOT depositing for a couple of qualifying weeks, and they will drop a free chip in to get you to reinstall the casino in order to find out how much it is, and play it.

Completely agreed vinylweatherman, very well put.
It is not even about a few bonus dollars at this point. They have shown their true colours, I dont like that shady side of any business. We need to be proactive about our casino choices, we do investigate as much as we can. When they shade the rules, it is a red flag.

Thank you.

Update to Prime Casino - Misleading promotions.

One more time with Prime Casino. Denied, denied.
The promotion has been updated to include one deposit in the last week. Again, I have met the criteria.
These shady promotions are not ok. Of course they are quick to point out all deposits made, and bonuses given from them. Very kind, point is a moot I am afraid.
You send these great offers and we suffer for it.....getting a bad wrap for using your invitation.
We, as consumers are smarter than that and know enough to read the fine print. It does not matter what the business is.
Get it togethor Prime, or remove this promotion.

Prime have been "shady" for some time. It seems they use Palace Group to do all the support and payments, but someone else calls the shots. This is the same Prime casino that phoned me and tried to "hard sell" a reversal of my withdrawal. Their offer was crap, but it escalated such that a higher percentage was offered if I reversed EVERYTHING. I sent a PM to Bryan about it, and he told me Prime was no longer accredited. It seems they had asked Bryan to remove them from the lost as they no longer wanted to be troubled by meeting the standards, nor take part in PAB (which is why they are "no can do", even though they appear as "palace group").

After my refusal to reverse, I was suddenly the "red headed stepchild" the next time I came to withdraw. I cashed in my comps and worked them up to £500, thanks to a £400 feature on "Bullseye". Having paid me over £6000 the last time, they suddenly decided that my "account needed investigation", and kept me waiting for around 10 days. They didn't tell me this, I found out when I asked what was taking so long. I then informed them that I would wait until day 14, and then ask eCogra to intervene. The very next day, the "investigation" was completed and my £500 was paid. Did something I said light a fire under their ass;)

This eposide guaranteed permanent uninstallation, and it seems I was subject to a libel (but can't prove it), because the rest of the Palace group, where I was VIP at the time, dropped me like the proverbial "hot potato", so another 2 casinos got uninstalled alongside Prime.

When GNUF got taken over by Palace Group, I wondered if I would suddenly get ditched there as well, but instead I was made a VIP:confused:

Whilst I know that Prime can't be trusted, and this misleading promo comes as no surprise, the Palace Group need to answer the questions as to what EXACTLY is going on between their own casinos, and these unlisted sister casinos that can't quite make their minds up as to whether they are Palace group or not.

Very interesting...
I am amazed over this actually, never a dime to them again.
I wouldnt stand for faulty advertising at any retail store, this extends to the online industry as well.
Eyes wide open moving forward.
I believe reputaion is number one priority.

Thank you!
