Question on SUBs

OK so not normally taking a signup bonus, I wondered if this was normal.

I deposited $100 (at an MG casino) and got automatically credited $100 on top. Had some fun with the $200 but ultimately lost (down to 15 cents). Deposited another $25, no bonus. Lost it. Deposited another $25, no bonus and got back up to where I started so went to cash out and the system wouldn't let me as I hadn't met WR.

Went to Live Chat who said the WR stayed on the account until cleared irrespective of the number of deposits and I had to clear another $1400 or so before I could cash out.

Is that normal?

The only time I've ever heard of that is if you don't run your balance down to $0.00 before you re-deposit. Some casinos say $1.00 but I always zero out after any bonus.

No, not if there was no balance. And especially on 15cents; most wont count under a buck. Personally, I always drain the account before I do a straight up after a bonus deposit

Does it say anything in their T&C's for bonuses?

I'll look in a bit more detail tomorrow. Thanks for the answers. I knew about some casinos doin the $1 thing hence why I deliberately made sure I had < $1 left before redepositing.

I always play the last few cents as well to be sure.

The other possibility is an unfinished game. If there is one, they should be able to point you to it.

You can contact the rep and ask for some help if you don't get anywhere with support.

Be patient and don't blow it all back while you wait, then there can't be a decent resolution. We were all newbies once

Actually I'm just trying to weed out a few of the casinos that try (in my opinion) to trap players with constant small automated bonuses. Quite a few Playtechs do and I'm finding the odd MG aswell although so far, only the ones you'd probably expect it from.
