I've signed up there and won the free spins.
I checked here at the Accredited casino. There was no casino from the Casino Rewards Group.

So now my question: is Captain Cooks a trustworthy casino? ( Wanted to know before I deposit there)

And if yes, why isn't it accredited?

Thanks for answering:thumbsup:

Hiya: Several years ago, when they accepted US players, i played there all the time. The games were fair, and they sent my winnings back to Neteller quickly. So, unless something has changed, they used to be a great Casino.

I think I know why they are not accreditted.
I've contacted the live chat:
Didn't have any time for me......................
Just like they didnt want any new customers. Its ok for me No way I'm going to deposit a penny here. Deleted the casino already

Please wait for an operator to respond.

Ok, that particular customer support chat does not look too professional.
I occasionally play in Captain Cooks and some other casinos from the Casino Rewards group and had only positive experiences so far. The games are the same like in the other Microgaming casinos and the cashouts I requested were paid out quick and without problems.

Cheers Balky

Well, CS admitted the problem when saying "we are not trained for ideal". Maybe their training is deficient in other ways too:rolleyes:

It is pretty silly for a casino to introduce a feature, and not then train CS to deal with it.

Casino Rewards have a management policy of not getting involved with forums such as Casinomeister, which is why they have never sought accreditation to my knowledge. Only their affiliate program has a rep here, but mainly for affiliate issues.

They are generally trutworthy, but absolutely HATE "bonus seekers", who will be given a VERY hard time indeed. They are also quick to judge, and got it spectacularly wrong with me in 2004, and are now sucking up to me after seeing the near 1 MILLION throughput I made with Casino Action, which is where I went after Casino Rewards gave me "the treatment". They saw this when they started taking over Casino Action casinos, and now they have them all.
