Just want to say I'm not asking you to help me deal with the problem, I do not care for it, but I do not want it to happen to people for whom this is a lot of money, it can cause stress

The essence of the problem. I registered in the Quatro Casino and use the suggested bonus for a deposit of € 1 I got 20 on top. Playing at random, I tried to lose it quickly and go about their business, but unfortunately, I won 800 euros. Without hesitation asked for an exemption. Three days later, on my account came to my 1 euro, and casino account was closed. When I asked them what was going on here is that

Hello

Our systems have detected that multiple Casino accounts have been created using your PC, email address or personal details.

The Casino's terms and conditions do not permit more than one real account per household, personal computer or e-mail address. This is necessary in order to reduce the casino's exposure to online losses. Please refer to the Casino Terms and Conditions for more information :
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Therefore your account *snip* has been closed permanently and your winnings have been confiscated.

We will refund your deposit of EUR1.00 back to your Moneybookers account, as a sign of good faith.

Thank you and kind regards,

Ben

I say that this is nonsense. I had never approached this group of casinos consider them scams but by coincidence I had to kill time and I run into it. I want to appeal to ordinary players be careful to this group of casinos.

Good luck and big jackpots

upd. Now I thought about that when the system is that there is defined, then why account was closed after I had won and asked for the win. Maybe if I lose, it would have been normally:D

First, please edit your post and leave out your account number. If not, ask a mod to delete it for you.

If I am not mistaken this is now a casino-rewards casino and they are not exactly in the legue of respectable MG casinos. That said, I am unsure what you mean by asking for an exemption. Exemption from meeting wagering requirements or what? This $20 for $1 promo has been widely abused and I recall Virtual City also having it. I am not privy to whether you really have multiple accounts but I am sure there was a similar case raised here a couple of months ago so I hope other members can direct you to that thread and the way ahead.

Today I received a letter from this group, that such content:

Hi

We are willing to investigate your account again. In order to do that, please provide the following documents :

- a copy of your passport

- a utility bill with your name and address

- a screenshot of your moneybookers account, showing your account details, the account holder, and the address for the moneybookers account

With those information, we will be able to review your account a second time.

Kind regards,

Ben

Casino Rewards

Sent all that they asked for. I hope that the closing of my account was a mistake of sistem

Well, I hope so too fisfac.

Casino Rewards has been hit hard by multiple account players trying to exploit what is a very generous bonus. I'm a Casino Rewards player, and I can't even count how many offers I've had from casinos I'm already signed up with for such a bonus.

It is good that they are giving you a chance to review, I have my fingers crossed for you. If you signed up more than once by mistake, due to a direct offer, they are within their rights to just refund your dollar, and they did more than that already.

Please keep us posted.

It's just a mockery.
First, they ask for my documents and I will send them. After they say:

Hi

As we are unable to read Russian, please provide the following:

- a utility bill with your address in latin letters.

- another form of ID (international passport,...)

Kind regards,

Ben

I patiently scanning and refer them to documents in English and that's what getting a response:

Hi

Thanks for your documents. In order to approve them, we are require to ask you to provide notarised copy of all of them (by a notary, lawyer or a Justice of the Peace). This applies to both form of ID provided, and to your utility bill (electricity bill in English).

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Kind regards

After that, I'm shocked. I have to spend time and money to satisfy their request, and after these scammers will ask for my fingerprint and DNA analysis? In general, I advise you to bypass all this casino party. Know if you win, you will be easier to become a secret agent of the FBI, than to get money from the casino

As an international business, if they accept players from Russia, they should have staff that can read Russian. It is not up to a Russian player to order their electricity company to bill them in ENGLISH, nor up to the player to employ their own translator.

Clearly, having the player employ their own translator is a blank cheque for fraudsters, as how would the casino know that the translation was genuine. Even a notary would be Russian, and notarise in Russian, and the casino would have to verify a document it didn't understand.

Might as well use Google translate, I can't see CR being any the wiser.

If I did business with a Russian company, I would NOT rely on THEIR supplied translation if a large sum of money was at stake, but would seek an independent translation.

If the ID is an official state issued one, it should be OK. A Russian passport would be in Russian too!

Given how fraudsters attacked Zodiac, why on earth did CR then decide to offer the very same bonus at Quatro:confused:

Can you even imagine your electricity company issuing a bill in a foreign language?

Not really, although it is possible to get government forms and leaflets in a number of languages.

It looks like an attempt to make the process almost impossible, yet lead the player to believe they have a second chance. If this was routine, players from numerous non-English speaking countries would be complaining about this.

The only thing the OP can do realistically is to provide their own translation in the same way they are able to post here in English. I can't see the casino accepting this, nor accepting a regular notarised document which is also going to be notarised in Russian, and will have to be verified by Russian speaking support if they decide to verify the notary used.
