can someone explain to me how it works? i deposited 25 and got 25 bonus, lost my 25 got .15 cents left and cant use the 25 bonus i dunno why if someone could explain how it works i would apreciate.

you just need to reload the lobby & go into a game then it shall be there to play it carrys a 50X 25 wagering which is cashable , hope that helps , you do not need to try & transfer it you should a little present box in blue with a ribbon on it

i see the blue ribbon it appears like this 0.15+box blue ribbon 25 i realoaded a ton of times but when i enter any game all i see is the 0.15 cents lol

i cant remember how i got it to work it was a long time ago & since then theyve kicked uk players from there casino , so i cant even log in now, try transfer firstly it should come up with red box or red x , then go into games lobby load a game & it should be there , if that fails you can call them via telephone & ask them how it works , sorry cant be more help as i cannot log in there

i know anything under 1 pound you cannot transfer , but try transfer from main wallet to gaming wallet & the other way round aswell im sure it only ever shows when you load the game up & go to play.

pointless with rep diva shes hardly ever here any longer , you would be better to telephone if you require a fast response , there emails are kind of slow , i can give you my vip manager e mail if that helps ?

just an update contacted their cs had to screenshot it and send it to them, this is kinda dumb, they know it bugs they should be able to fix it or reset it, but no now ill have to wait nextweek or something, needless to say ill never take a bonus at quasar ever again, just 2 much work

I remember you had to play all your real money funds and the bonus would be credited automaticly after that.
It is kind of a dumb system.
Also be aware of the insane 50x WR that every bonus carries.
Nearly impossible to achiev a cashout on Novo slots with 50x WR.

Unfortunatelly I am still blocked as they STILL see me as a UK resident.
Got feedback from their CS after like 2 weeks that they can see I am in the Republic of Ireland but that my IP address shows I am in Northern Ireland and that they cannot resolve that for me.
I traced my own IP address which is dynamic anyway and it goes straight to my ISP and my employer and we are in The Republic of Ireland.
They could have unblocked me I am sure but they didn't.
As cherry on the cake they also sent me this "awesome" xmas bonus today with only a 50x WR attached,WoW do make sure no one makes the WR for crying out loud.
To compare,Guts sent me a bonus with only a 1x WR attached...That's true Xmas spirit.

So I am just close to cancel my account as I am not able to play anyway as I am a "UK resident"
