Purple Lounge / Golden Riviera - no more cashouts at the weekend?

I've been waiting a week for my purple lounge withdrawal and I've still not got it. Admittedly the bank holiday didn't help but they've yet to explain why a neteller/moneybookers withdrawal should take so long when other casinos can do it within a day.

Are they in some sort of trouble, or am I worrying myself over nothing? (They hold a significant fraction of my worldly wealth at the moment)...

Not to worry, it seems that casinos are moving to taking longer to pay players, and one option is to remove weekend processing.

The ONLY casino to have paid me over the bank holiday weekend was 32Red, the other three only processed my cashouts on the Tuesday, and now all have been received.

Purple Lounge should have processed and released the withdrawal on Tuesday, so it should arrive today in Neteller, tomorrow at the latest. If you don't get it tomorrow, start asking questions.
 
Still no sign of a payment yet. I have just had an agonising chat session where I was told that I am still in the withdrawal queue. I have requested that my account be closed just as soon as they've finished processing my withdrawals.

I strongly recommend that you avoid this place.
