Problems with Withdrawal to NETeller account

This is rather a "question"-thread than a "complain"-thread, I hope it doesn't turn out to be a complain..

Anyway, I deposited $40 at a specific casino 2 days ago, reached 70$ playing BJ and asked for a NETeller withdrawal. After less than 24hrs pending, I found out that the specific casino tried (?)to deposit $70 in my NETeller account - but this deposit was DECLINED.

I emailed the casino support and asked for help. I got no answer but, a couple of hours later, I found out that the withdrawal was at "PENDING" state again at my casino account!

I cancelled the withdrawal, gambled some more, and my account reached $100. I asked for a withdrawal again, and I am currently experiencing the very same problem. After less than 24 hrs, the $100 deposit at my NETeller account was DECLINED. I have just emailed the casino support once again, but in the meantime I decided to post this thread here, to find out if any of you had any similar problems in the past....

Does any of you , by any chance, happen to know what could the problem be?

Thanks in advance!

Yes i had this once before. Its actually a NETeller initiated decination (no reason given) and the casino i dealt with received notification, although i phoned them to see anyway. They simply resubmitted it. Can't say it's ever happened again though.

Simmo!

What I have been told in similar cases by Neteller (confirmed by the casino) is that the casino does not have funds in its Neteller account to pay the winning. You need to wait until somebody make a deposit or they transfer money into their Neteller account

 If that's the case, get your money and RUN LIKE HELL away from this casino as fast as you can!!! If they don't have $100 in their Neteller acct to give you for your winnings, there's something VERY wrong with this casino.

not necassarily so, i think its more of a case of bad management, i see it all the time in UK betting shops, if your the first winning punter of the day and you win more than 200 then theres a good chance that you will have to wait for your money, either till the shop wins it off other people or the manager goes to the bank.

Good point. Very piss-poor management...

But it takes very little time to xfer the money to Neteller for them, I'm sure. It's been several days now and counting. Plus, wouldn't you think the person(s) doing the withdraws would know whether or not there is $ in that neteller account? And if not, this should have been escalated alot faster than they're currently moving. He's just getting the runaround.

I agree with Winbig72. Run like hell. Next time, gamble at some casino that have more than $100 in their account...

The Meister has a pretty good list of such Casinos here...;)

Cheers,

Well, as scrollock pointed out, it's probably more bad management than them not being able to afford to pay winners...

Same Problem

I have had the same problem for months with one processor. I have had excuses and apologies, but it has been stated CATEGORICALLY by Neteller to me that they have NOT declined to accept the transfer into my account, but that the merchant account has declined to complete the transaction. The casino has told me that it is NOT "lack of funds", but a "technical glitch". I would be very intererested to know if this is the same group that is giving me problems, as they have stated that only Neteller withdrawals in UK Pounds have been affected.
I have had a "piss-poor" response from Neteller, they tell me they cannot tell me exactly why this decline message appears, and the casino group tell me that no reason code appears on their system. Sometimes there system even indicates the payment has been successful, which can make getting the funds much harder as it seems invalid audit trail data has been generated.
I contacted eCogra, and they had a meeting with Neteller, and Neteller told the eCogra rep that they will contact me to discuss the issue. Neteller did not do so, and the problem happened again to me earlier today. eCogra are not impressed with the lack of response from Neteller, and told me that Neteller appeared "sincere" about assisting with this in the meeting. This sort of problem is strictly outside of the eCogra remit, but they will try to get some explanation for me. If your problem is with the same group I can mention that this has happened with US$ now. I am also interested as to why Neteller are telling you something different to what they are telling me for what seems the same problem. More details in my thread in Casino Complaints "Neteller withdrawals unresolved for months"

Just for the record:

I got my money 24 hrs later. According to their support representative, "technical problems" they had with NETeller prevented the transaction from being completed in the first place...

Strange thing, though, is that they replied to my first email only a short while after I posted my 1st message here in Casinomeister's forum...

I guess it's just a coincidence...

Bad management, lack of funds, whatever. I see absolutely NO reason to play at a casino that doesn't pay without a hassle. One single payment hassle / unresponsive CS, and I'm out for good.

Isn't it like the whole point of gambling? To be paid when you've got a winning bet, no??

It's your money

SM
