Problems getting paid

Hi, this is gradybaby. I am recently disabled and new to online gambling. Started playing over a month ago and hit a jackpot at Silver Oak Casino for $13000.00. Trying to get paid has been a nightmare. In the last 7 days, I've been hung up on 22 times. Was told by Sean during chat-live check for $2500. was sent on March 4th. Said would e-mail tracking details, never received. Called phone # about 20 minutes ago and was told by Amanda, system is down and to call back in 30 minutes. Is there anything I can do to get my winnings?????

Silver Oak are renowned for this kind of crap.....sorry to tell you but you're wait may be just beginning.

I know someone here who thinks they're awesome though....I don't want to put my "foot" in it by telling you but they may be able to help and save you a trip to the doctor for stress.

Any help would be welcomed. I hate I did not check up on casinos before I started playing. I guess I had beginners' luck in the worst way. Has anyone gotten paid from this casino? If so how long did it take. I hit this jackpot on 02/08/2012 and not received 1 dime.

Yet another thread about these scummy casinos... it really pisses me off.
I guess we will never be rid of them.

It doesn't help that some of the biggest & highest profile casino portals on the net still think it's totally OK to promote these rogued places.

Getting naughty again Nifty? The amount won may deter them from paying and hopefully the op can at least get $2500. In the past, after a furore in the forums they just might pay ultimately a sum of a few hundred bucks. For over $10k they wont care a damn about their reputation(not that they had any in the first place) and simply stall till you give up. I hope I am wrong though but frankly I am not optimistic.
