Hello, I have a problem with the Grand luxury casino.

I withdrew €1000 in date of 8 January 2012 which was approved the same day my withdrawal to was requested by Moneybookers, and I was always nothing.

The VIP service is never present.

My first withdrawal it is made in 7 days.

I send emails every day, and I called every day, and no response.

I don't know what to do.
