In a nutshell - never, ever make any agreements over the phone without having it in writing. You also need to make due diligence in checking these guys out.

Forget this one. I deposited several times with them and lost everything. When I tried to cash out a measly $20 they declined it and locked my account. I have PM'ed the rep here on several occasions but he never responded. Just stay away and you will be fine.
