No, Platinum Play is a Fortune Lounge casino. Prime is a completely separate casino, "Prime Casino". Palace Group manage Prime casino, but do not OWN it.

Fortune Lounge seem to produce many spam complaints, and have been heavily criticised in the past for doing too little to get a proper grip on the problem. It seems it is still happening, which is disappointing.

Do NOT reward this rogue affiliate by downloading Platinum Play from his link, (if you want to play there), but use the CM links instead.

You could also report this to the FL rep, and arrange to forward him the actual email, so that it can be dissected and the offending affiliate traced.

If the affiliate is traced, forum members will expect robust action, NOT just a "slap on the wrist".

ANY affiliate that uses FAKE INFORMATION in the email (such as a made up casino name, or in this case, a completely different casino) is automatically rogue, whatever their excuse might be.

This has been going on for months- first compalined about this to VIP desk in APril whose solution was to delete e from there mailing list- It started up again and i once again complained to vip desk and the link provided in CM. Same result and never once have they addressed my question on what are they doing about the viral marketing affiliate.

I a sure they don't officially condone the spam and the misleading content of the spam but someone must be benefiting - and the silence on actual action taken is deafening. I did forward the FL group over 25 of the emails I received in 1 day however no further dorro from FL other than the we have delete yu from the marketing list email.

Perhaps the FL group rep can come on board and advise what they are doing other than deleting indiviual complainers like me from the mailing list

Seems to be coming from the same source as the Royal VIP spam (which i also have the pleaseure of deleting daily!

Cheers
Colly
