Pragmatic slot malfunction Gretzky Power Pucks

I won the bonus in Gretzky Power Pucks and the multiplier got to x9 and then should have went to x20 but did not: (happens when there is 8 spins to go):

Is there any Pragmatic representatives on here that can shed a light as to why I did not get the proper amount here and what is going on with this malfunction?

Bunch of malfunctions in that - one spin you didnt hit but got paid - another one you hit and got nothing. Weird
