Sugar Rush 1000 and Sweet Bonanza 1000 have a max win of 5 000x ... Not 25 000x. I'm not sure if you can hit the 25 000x from the base game or regular feature buy.

So glad I read this.

If I had not done so and by some sort of miracle fluked the super scatter bonus from a reward, I'd have probably being pissing & shitting myself whilst having a heart attack at "what could be on the way"

Super scatters don't influence the bonus game just what the trigger pays. Believe it's 20x from 3 normal scatters + 1 super, 100x for 2 scatters + 2 supers and so on. Max win of 50000x is from having all super scatters as the trigger.

But as pointed out above, if the max win is only trigger-able from the super scatters, what's the point of the bonus rounds when invariably they won't/can't ever hit those heights, especially Sweet Bonny super scatter given there's no 1000x bomb. You'd need the most broken scripted round in the known universe and then some to even come close to a 50000x bonus round.
