Time for me to eat humble pie and apologise to Dan - don't know what you did Dan but the money was in my bank account tonight and a big thanks for the 'extra', which Dan kindly donated to me for the trouble in transferring the money.

I got my prize money from October. Well done, @Dan_Pragmatic . It was 73+ CAD which sounds about right.

What sucks and it has nothing to do with you is that my bank charges $15 CAD for all incoming international bankwires, but I didn't want the funds on my Ecopayz account and while I don't get charged when I transfer from Ecopayz to my bank account ( as in no bankwire fees, Just the one that Ecopayz charges), the cost is around the same so either way, I am screwed. :p

I am glad that now you have a system set up so people who win in your promotions will have a timeframe on when they will be payed. :)
 
Hi Dan. Sorry to hear you were so ill during the holiday season. That sucks!

As of this morning, the funds have not arrived. Seeing as this is at least the third attempt can we entertain a different payment option? BTG usually credits the player's casino account when winning one of their contests. You had processed one for me when you were at Videoslots. Perhaps this is more work for you, but trying to process credits time and time again and failing, certainly must create a lot of work as well. I do have Ecopayz and Instadebit but I do not believe you can process payment through these avenues.

I realize you need to have the money bounce back to you again, but it should probably be there already. I would really appreciate it if you could follow up on this as these are from the Nov & early Dec promos.

Have still not received anything. Am I the only one that has not received the prizes? Dan, can we please entertain a different option.

Wow Barbara, I really thought you would have received your winnings by now, 3 months is a long time to wait - fingers crossed Dan can sort it out for you very soon :)

Hey barbara, I haven't received my raffle wins yet either, although I did say no rush!! UK bank transfer seems to be the problem.

I got my first winnings fine to Skrill.
No sign of my second winnings yet, also requested to Skrill.
So its not just bank accounts what are the "problem"

Got to admit it's shocking that people have had to wait so long and doesn't bode confidence if/when there are any future comps :oops:

Still have not received a dime from that 533 Euro. This is completely unfair as several options have been proposed. I have exchanged 15 PM's/emails with Dan and still nothing. The last attempt had all sorts of information missing on the bank wire. I have been in touch with Harry and his plan is no longer viable as he cannot fund his Ecopayz, however, he has put me on to Glassheart who is willing to help me. So Dan, I am requesting this be processed no later then Friday, February 22nd as my patience has worn thin. So, here are 2 proposals where fees will be quite high but at this point I will take anything I can get:

Transfer funds to Glassheart's Neteller where he will upload to Ecopayz and transfer to me.
Greylady has also offered to have the money wired to her bank account and she would transfer to Glassheart who would then transfer to my Ecopayz.

Of course the best alternative would have been a credit to a casino or sending through the bank wire properly.

Anyway Dan, I am sure you are sick of this almost as much as I am so I would really appreciate if this be processed immediately.

My other thought was to await the next promo when perhaps payment via casino would be an option, never failed before. Then all overdue payments could be payed as part of the new promo. Also Dan seems to be awol. So only time will tell. :confused:

I received mine by bank transfer mellody and I am in the UK also. Maybe Dan could replicate what he did to get mine paid but using your details.

Maybe use Dan's e-mail address @Pragmatic as sure he mentioned it earlier on in this thread, not seen him contribute to the forum much of late so seems MIA :)
 
Thanks for the info Greylady, I haven't PM'd Dan for ages! I will email him though as I can see now that there should be no reason for the delay. I'm just in slo-mo mode this year lol.
 
** Update ** Dan has just emailed me back and said he has given the payment team until mid next week to resolve this. Apparently the funds have not been returned to them as of yet. So, I will sit tight for another week.

I want to thank the CM community for coming together and trying to help me out. I think I will need Glassheart or Greylady's help next week in order to receive any payment. If and when I do receive some funds, I will work with Harry & Glassheart to try and put together a promo under the current thread Harry has going to show my appreciation. I will definitely need your help as to how it all works when the time comes.

Yup. All EUR533 of it. Dan has been trying though. We have been in constant contact but no further ahead. He put me in touch with the team leader for payments but crucial info keeps getting left out. Losing hope. :(
 
Sorry Barbara, that's a lot to miss! I know JD got his so there's still hope, not really heard much from Dan so would appreciate it if you could let me know when and if you receive yours. I just want to know what the exact problem with payments is, so I can attempt to sort it from this end. Here's hoping :confused:

I will post immediately once I receive the payment. Dan has been working feverishly on this and I know he is caught in the middle. But, I do know one way or the other, he will see this through. I will be doing a comp for all you lovely CM members once payment has been received.:thumbsup:
