That's good news. Grosvenor have lagged behind the other UK high street brands in terms of online footprint and getting NE on board is a big step in the right direction!

Yep, I agree. It's definitely a solid brand but just doesn't get much buzz - especially here in the forum. Hopefully with a better game selection, players will be more interested. I've always liked these guys.

I think there's been a real failure to launch on the affiliate program side. I've spoken to a couple of former AMs that basically felt like their hands were tied - they weren't given the budget and were always understaffed. Alongside that the physical restrictions of the system they've had in place up till now has constrained what they've been able to do for players. I don't want to name the person - don't know how 'out' his name is around here - but I do know that they recently took on a very experienced AM who worked with Betfred and helped build Coral up. If they give him the right freedom I'm confident they'll do well.

It's true - it's the ONLY casino I've never had a sign-up for in 4 months! It's like N.Korea - people are aware of it but nobody goes there. They have WMS/IGT/Novo but not the bigger providers like Netent/MG. It's a shame as you can't reverse withdrawals there and they pay very fast. Plus if you go in their B&M casinos and a get a card they give you a free online chip with low wagering.

From a players perspective and its only a small input, I think there marketing and customer contact needs a total over haul.

As you can probably guess I am a member and regular player at numerous casinos, Grosvenor is one of very few places I recall registering to but never making any deposits.

The reason was obviously due to little 'attraction' and better choices/offers elsewhere.

This was down to not just lack of preferred software providers but other criteria too.

Maybe this is the tip of the iceberg and with such a huge brand name and this new deal it could be the start of something good indeed!

Hell these guys have been around forever, I remember turning 18 and playing bingo in my local Top Rank club in the early 1990's!

Grosvenor also have an extensive live casino. They have poured money into it and have a range of dedicated tables in their own studio area at Evolution Gamings' Riga Studios. These aren't cheap to operate.

As others have said I've always found them to be a good solid casino and somewhere I'm happy to play.
