When using an Ipad to post I am constantly missing letters. It is so friggin aggravating:mad:. Then its just as much a pain in the ass to go back in fill in the missing letters because I can never get the cursor on the right place.

I do normally use a laptop/computer but occasionally the Ipad. Is it just me and my fingers or do other's have the same issue?

It happened to me many times whe I tried to post using iPhone or iPad.
You not really missing letters in many cases. Just typing to fast), but it sure looks like letters missing
If you try to type a bit slower, should be ok
Also if you good typing with two hands , try splitting your keyboard in two parts

I couldnt even imagine trying with an Iphone. I refuse to succumb to technology and buy the fancy phones. I carry a bag phone for my cell, well almost that old of a model.:p

The biggest pain I find with posting using my ipad is not being able to able to add photos anymore.
I never used to have a problem but now when I try to add a pic I get an error message regarding the size being wrong; any advice greatfuly received on how to sort this thanks.

Wish I could help, I don't even know how to take a screenshot on Ipad/ Maybe you could tell me at least that part?

Sorry for the delay in replying:
To take a screen shot on an iPad all you have to do is press the on/off button on the top and the home button at the front simultaneously and the screen will blink. The screen shot is then saved in your photos. It works exactly the same for the iPhone as well. You just have to be quick if you hit something decent during free-spins and want to save it!

I had this problem as well. I set up a photobucket account, uploaded from my iPad and then embedded the link into my posts so it showed. Bit of a pain though.

F#*%#g ipad. It takes me 15 mins to go put in the letter I missed and change the words that were auo corrected to saying completely irrelevant. I hat tie friggin ting so much.

I use Android so not sure if the following is available to you on iPad but ...

I think the fumble-fingers typing errors are just part of the game when typing on small(ish) devices so .. suggest you get a keypad app that has cursor arrows. With these you can move your edit point around -- up, down, left, right -- as you would with the arrow keys on a regular keyboard. MUCH greater accuracy re cursor control, your edit point, and (of course) your editing.

Doesn't reduce the user-inflicted error rate but it does make the whoopsies a lot easier to fix = dramatically reduced frustration levels.

Did it for me, YMMV.

Yes that keypad app would definitely help with the editing. Most of the time I have to delete the whole word and retype. I will look at that this evening.
