I wonder if it might be posssible,( just to get players paid the remaining balances in their account, Not just U.S. but other countries that are being affected),for the Casinos to send Pre-paid credit cards. Anyone can buy then and give them to anyone to use. So why wouldn't it work to just get players paid that have balances now and no method of withdrawal.

Obvisously, I consider this to be just a one-time fix. After the players are paid, no more deposits to the account would be allowed until, if, they can provide payment of account funds through a payment processor.

I have had Skill-game companies that send me these, prepaid american express, walmart, home depot, you name it.

I would prefer prepaid visa, mastercard, american express as you can spend it anywhere. Many corporations by these as seasonal gifts to customers and employees.

Why wouldnt this work?

Sounds like a good idea. I was thinking diamonds or gold in small amounts earlier. Something of value that wouldn't necessarily have to be declared.

There is a solution, I'm sure. A legal, practical solution.

It's been brought up before, by me...not too long ago....

I don't blame you though, with these 50,000 threads going on about deposit/withdraw solutions, it's hard to keep up.

It's a great idea to get players paid. And a simple solution.

For the gaming companies to use this 'No Withdawal Options at This Time' bullshit excuse, not to pay players is reprehensible. The operators that are still using this excuse to steal from players, are simply lying to their customers. These lies are based simply on operator greed, to keep player funds circulating through the house edge.

There are still legitimate gaming companies out there catering to US players. These companies are paying tons of players, everyday.

And if you'll notice, [correct me if I'm wrong] the ones actually paying USA players aren't publicly traded companies. Those that aren't paying are. It seems paying their shareholders are more important than paying their players.

PokerStars, I have yet to hear of a single USA based player having problems getting paid. It is the only site that I still have funds on. And it really is the only site that I trust with real money, at this time.

Ultimate Bet seems to not be having problems processing withdrawals at this time. Mixed reports on withdrawal times / issues, from WSEX/WPEX , BetCris, and BoDog.

The casinos I have not looked into too much lately. There is no stand alone casino that I would trust with a deposit at this time. Once a stand alone casino steps up, and starts paying customer withdrawals regularly, and without hassle. I will consider playing there.

I will soon be looking at sportbooks more closely, for some MLB / March Madness action. I wanted to wait till after the NFL playoffs. To see who was really legit, and which sites were looking at staying in the USA for the long term?

Also,

The only problem with the theory of paying out with gift cards is the fact that most of these cards have a $100 maximum. You can't use them at an ATM machine either.

The only gift cards I've seen that have a max load value of $500+ are the ones you get from a bank. The problem with that is the fact that you have to give them a bunch of personal information.

Although it does sound like a great way to withdraw, it's not really feasible..Could you imagine cashing out for $3k? Would you rather have the cold hard cash, or 30 gift cards?

I beg to differ on your point that the casinos have no way to pay. I just received an EFT right into my bank from Roxy Palace this past week, so, you see, there is a way to pay. Music Hall just needs to check in with Roxy to see how to get that done.

I also have seen a positive report on Inetbet paying their players without hassle, but can seem to find it now. Payments / withdrawals can be made, so can excuses for non payment.

As for Casinos, I haven't heard of any recent problems with Jackpot Factory. They are doing ACH and paper checks and have been for a couple of weeks.
