Ok, thought I'd try them, despite the awful 72-hour processing time for w/d's in the terms.

Made a £250 profit, w/d £500 yesterday, still not processed naturally. I don't reverse so doesn't bother me too much.

So I checked the RG settings in my account and thought to myself all good, as you have an option to ban reverse w/d's permanently and (presumably because I'm in the UK) it was already checked in my account (see second image).

So imagine my surprise when depositing £50 this morning when they refused to action my £150 w/d later on. Apparently you aren't allowed to have more than ONE pending withdrawal, what a load of f*cking bullcrap! So when I tried, I was invited to reverse my existing withdrawal (which under no circumstances should I be able to as a UK player) and presumably either add my latest one to it? Especially as my account did not even permit cancelling w/d's!! Now I'm fucked if I'm going to reverse the £500 one from yesterday and further delay the already slow processing time. So I simply played on, spunked the £150 and locked the account out.

This reminds me of the bad old days before UKGC licensing, like those shithole sites that wouldn't let you deposit if you had a pending w/d etc.

Anyway, this goes against UK regs in more ways than one, so I'm off to fill another bloody UKGC reporting form in. What 'fun' some of these casinos still make for you playing and winning, what a joy it is!

Also, PokerStars counts your deposit cleared after 7 business days! Which means you can't withdraw.
It says approved on the confirmation e-mail, plus the bank already have it debited. I don't think this has anything to do with my w/d issue though?

Well this is odd - I received an e-mail saying they'd processed my w/d which was approx 24 hours after I actioned it, so at least no 72-hours BS.

It was £100 short (I recall when I made it that it split into two bits, £100 plus the other £400) and it seems that they cancel a couple of the £50 deposit transactions and return them then the rest is paid as refund!! It's odd, because when I made the 500 w/d I had already made 5x50 deposits for 250, so why £100?

Who knows, but it's weird to say the least, not seen this before....:confused:pokerstars-odd.jpg

PS is a bit weird in terms of withdraws, they say you have to wait 72 hours from your deposit before you withdraw, but I bet thats to prevent money laundring in terms of transfering money to other players or similar.

They have processed my withdraws pretty much instantly, but I don't play much of their poker, only spin and go.

They also make you withdraw your deposit to your last method, and then you can choose the rest.
