Poker 333 new ownership?.. withdrawal delays

This past week I made a couple of withdrawals from poker333 (from the flash games!) and normally, when I <seldomly> withdraw there, it is in my neteller accout within 24 hours, which is why I continued to play there. No hassles cashing out. A week has almost passed since my 1st withdrawal, and 5 days since my 2nd one and it still has not shown up in my neteller. Each day I called and asked what was up and some excuse about (mumble jumble processing problems whatever) we are sorry and it will be processed "tomorrow" (since Wednesday). Again, no show, so I called again and was asked "were you told that we are the new owners... <sorry, forget who "we" (they) are>.
So tonight I was told that the previous owners did not indicate neteller was my withdrawal preference and that the rep. will update my records so it can be processed. Seems odd to me that it took 4 calls (each day since tuesday) for them to figure that out and inform me. I will tread cautiously (i.e. not at all) until this is resolved but wanted those who play there to be aware of this.

Poker333 is now owned by The Palace Group, who operate Spin Palace and Ruby Fortune Casino.

This sounds like teething problems. They are a reputable group and also all the casinos in the group are eCOGRA accredited. I can understand your caution, but can reassure you this group are good and you don't have anything to worry about.

Granted they are a very trustworthy group, but imo telling a player their withdrawl will be paid tomorrow and it's not, is really not good, especially as the Palace Group hold eCogra seals.

I agree it is not good, but you have to remember they have just taken on the Piggs Peak group and no doubt there are issues amalgamating the data. I expect the payment delay was a result of an unforseen technical issue which unfortunately do happen from time to time.

Granted take overs can always lead to some tech issues. If it was a day or two I can understand, but, being told this every day (you'll be paid tomorrow) is wrong. imo being up front and telling the guy the truth would've been a better solution, that's all. Why CSR's or casinos feel BS customers is ok is beyond me. That's the point to my posts. :)

Webzcas,

My use of BS was probably a bit loose here, though I tend to use it a lot when commenting on things such as this. Your right comm break down is the likely cause.

Hi everyone. I would like to echo Webzcas. The Spin Palace group has clearly more than doubled in size and surely it is comon sense that there will be issues. They are trustworthy and all these issues is temporary and will be sorted soon.
