I would just copy and paste the transcript but I havnt received my copy yet.
If you are depositing by credit card, PLEASE WAIT. I deposited $20 and when it said approved, I returned to the casino just to see a zero bal. I thought something didnt go through (it sometimes happens) so I did it again and the same thing happened. Now Ive dep $40 and still have a zero balance

I chatted help and Laurel said they were having communication problems with the processing company and they have to foward my transcript to the financial dept. Once they confirm they will credit my account.

I just wanted to dep $20 but now they will credit $40. PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT TWICE IF IT'S TOO LATE BEFORE YOU SAW THIS. Just let them know and wait until you get your credit

I hope it's not too long of a wait. I want to gamble now !!!!!Whaaaa


BTW..how long does it take to get a copy of your transcript? I knew I should of copied it while I was chatting

Im getting pissed. It's been a half hour and I still can't gamble. You long do you suppose it takes? Ill give it another half hour and I will email them for my credits again. Darn it, Alladin $10k just hit too

You might be better thinking in terms of overnight, rather than half hours. Sometimes these problems have taken a couple of days to resolve at other casinos, although the better ones are able to resolve it far faster (usually when CS themselves can look into the transaction and credit it manually straight away WITHOUT having to pass it on to "the finance people").

sorry, i was watching tv. I got it 10 minutes after my last post on this subject. I had to get the whole $40 though
