They need to make some adjustments on the back end for the WMS game catalog. They will be back soon.

They probably pulled them down because everyone was playing them rather than those stupid IGT games and actually had to process some withdrawals which threw them in shock lol

Well, the issue with the games was that a lot of people who played the games "magically" had money back in their accounts. PlayOLG actually paid out all the money that was not actually the players money, which is very nice. I wonder how much this cost them? I'm not sure when we will see those games back after this huge cluster f##@ by OLG.

European casinos add new games seamlessly but this joke doesn’t even bother. There’s still many IGT games they could bring in. You can’t talk to anybody about the myriad of issues there. The casino has lost millions, just shutter it up and allow Ontario players to join PlayNow.

I know a few of you here love Doug but I predict he doesn’t live out his term. Ask Sir John Thompson what happens when you mix obesity with stressful politics. He is quite obese.

Anyway, he’s no better than Kathleen. Ontario remains the biggest joke in Canada.

PlayOLG.ca plans “extensive maintenance” between 2 AM and 8 PM on September 18. I would hope to see a revamped website with SG games available again but I’m expecting nothing. Same crappy interface, same broken website, same IGT. These guys have failed. Give up, Queen’s Park.

I took the bait as I missed playing Bier Haus and Zeus III the first time. I got a Super Big Win in Bier Haus and got a few bonuses. Bonuses were also frequent in Zeus III but paid out little. I was up as much as $40 but stopped up $20. I will wait for Raging Rhino to return before continuing.

Well, their last “extended maintenance” seemed to do little. Hopefully this one will but I’m not holding my breath.

I will say that on my new MSI laptop all the games run smoothly on the highest settings. My old laptop had some issues running games even on low at Doug’s casino. However, the Euro casinos I had less issues. I had to knock down some of the graphics of Net Entertainment games but Bonanza ran well.

For all the "maintenance" they "do", I see nothing different in my experiences. Quick Hits Platinum refuses to load half the time. I really hope by 2020 when the new guys take over we have a good casino. It's going to be more suck until then for us.

This can happen if the batch run has repeated for some reason. Basically an error caused by either your bank or the casino.

It's because netent track your actual account details somehow. They have access to your profile information.

I did this with redstarpoker. They said I could use a vpn to play netent so I tried. Blocked and the reason was "blocked country". I tried to figure out how they knew that...So i created a second account with a UK address with the vpn and they worked. I then went back into the Canadian account and was blocked again even though I was using a UK vpn.
