I am very unhappy with the PlayJoJo system. I have requested my second withdrawal, and it has been pending for a while, showing as pending seven times. Their robot chat is a disaster—it keeps disappearing while I'm waiting for a representative, forcing me to start over repeatedly. Other casinos would have processed this much faster. Can you help me with this?

If it's PlayOJO the best thing to do is contact the rep, @EGO , via Private Message giving your casino username and the necessary info on your situation. They are usually able to resolve these things quite quickly.

Also, it would be good if you specify the exact day and time of your withdrawal request plus your time zone. Please note that casino staff are not robots so expecting an immediate response 24/7 is unfair and unrealistic.

That said, it is the weekend so Monday morning might be your best bet.

If you really meant PlayJoJo then I'm not sure what help you're going to get since there seems to be no such site.

Hello, just see this. I am so u happy and annoyed with their customer service. I am trying to withdraw too, and it just seems impossible to speak to anyone. Need help with this issue. Never had issues with any other online company like this.
