What browsers are people using for mobile play?

I use Chrome across all platforms, and it works flawlessly on all pc's/laptops, but when it comes to a mobile I have problems with most games.

Using Chrome, half the games won't play at all, I just get a blank screen, this happens across all providers, Book of Ra for example, black screen, can hear the music, but thats it. Bonanza was working fine until a week or so ago, now it starts, but flickers like mad for about 10 spins, then the image goes off and its a black screen again.
Other games work fine, mainly older ones, like Raging Rhino or Montezema and some of the newer ones too.

Using the stock browser on the phone Bonanza will play, slowly, but plays.

It can't be the hardware, its an Octa-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53, 16 GB, 2 GB RAM phone, which obviously isn't the top end of what you can buy, but it certainly isn't the slowest, surely mobile games should play on that spec, or you are excluding probably more than half the world.

What browsers and specs are others using and do you get flawless play, or do you have problems with a lot of games like me?

I use Chrome on my mobile and quite a few times there is lag or the reels disappear. Book of Ra works best, but IR and Bonanza are a big no no as they keep freezing, losing reel pictures or simply getting booted out.

I have recently dug out an old Xperia M2 which may account for some of the problems. Never had issues on a 4G network, but now on 3G (cheaper monthly plan) most of the problems seem to have arisen.

I don't think its the connection as I've tested using wi-fi and getting around 40MB and its the same doing it that way as it is if I have a weak connection. Weirdly Book of Ra won't work full stop on mine, but Immortal Romance works fine (or did last I tried, I'll test it later today :) )

Actually thinking about it, a few times mine would be on wi-fi as well (around 40mbps) as I have tended to play a few games while sat on the loo! Sorry for implanting that thought into peoples heads! But, there are a few stories of people winning jackpots while sat on the loo!!!

IR was ok when it first came out on mobile version at VS, but not of late. Bonanza crashes after just 2 or 3 spins. Haven't really tried many others but from memory, DoA was ok and worked fine, but phone tended to go into sleep mode if on auto spins.

Wonder if they work ok on tablets?

I tend to think the graphics are not all that great on my mobile, even on my tablet I am not all that impressed. Winning on the loo seems to be a trend :D

Just tried Immortal Romance, worked fine at Videoslots

I opened and played a couple of spins on some random games just to see what happened

Bonanza unplayable
Hong Kong Tower unplayable, black screen but music ok
Gypsy Moon perfect, sound working, no stuttering or anything
Montezum & Raging Rhino both perfect with sound.
The new fairytale legends hansel and gretal stuck on Netent loading screen, left it 3 mins, didn't move. Reloaded twice, no difference.
Sakura Fortune unplayable, screen flickering like mad, then got a 'Rats! WebGL hit a snag message'
Divine Fortune unplayable due to flickering screen
Gong XI Fa Cai perfect

Got the same problem.
Many netent games flickering on chrome but working on firefox.
Yggdrasil only blackscreen.
Play n go work fine
Mg work fine.
ELK black screen or flickering.

Should have invested a bit more in my mobile :-D

I use Safari on my iPad Mini 4. Works great. 85% of my gambling is on my iPad Mini 4 because my laptop is ancient. It runs the game but can crash at anytime.

iPhone 7 plus, Safari browser (simply because I haven't got around to installing Chrome). On all networks including 3G, 4G and 50mbps Wi-Fi:

Immortal Romance unplayable.
Thunderstruck II unplayable.
Break da Bank Again perfect.
Tally Ho, Thunderstruck, Agent Jane Blond and Adventure Palace perfect.
Raging Rhino works well but occasionally restarts free spins, even several spins back into the main game. Infuriating.
Dead or Alive almost perfect.
Starburst perfect.
Twin Spin perfect.

I notice that the games which have difficulty running are those with the most going on (graphics, soundtrack, features).

Please , enable v-sync for your games . This to make sure no timers get out of sync with the framerate.
Switch the frame rates from 50 to 60 FPS.

This should solve the problem .

BTW, You'll be better off by using 4G. Do'nt use Wi-Fi.
This related to a lower frequency.

just a suggestion !!

Playing in mobile browser is pain in the ... so usually I prefer casinos that have mobile app. Way better experience..

I use Chrome platform for playing the game, but most of the time I play the video games in offline mode, which I use to *snip* the CD keys for of my favorite video game series. But when it comes to online mode on the PC I use to plug into the chrome platform only.
