Since being forced into retirement for health reasons, and the wife retiring we do a lot of rumduming as I call it
Going to different states and play at different casinos
We have played mostly at the one in Texas and then Louisiana, Mississippi, and then holly molly the ones in oklahoma
Oklahoma has roughly 125 casinos we have played at roughly 65 of them
Louisian has abunch and we have not even touched many of them maybe 6 or so
Mississippi we have made about 6
Our intentions are to play at every casino in all three states
We have honesty found some to have better return for the amount of money played compared to some that are so tight we would not go back
We have found some casinos day in and day out leave the same machines loose to draw the customers others they do not care as the customer base from out of state carries them
We find Casinos that are away from the border and in small out of the way towns as a rule will give you far more return on your money or at least play time compared to the big ones or the ones near big cities
One casino we play at just made our 4th visit
It is in oklahoma and way off out in a field the nearest town of any size is 10 miles away and not a rich twon by any means
We have played for hours in it and have walked out wiith anywhere from 800 to 3,200 more than when we walked in
We played at one that is in a pretty big town good flow of people and money spent 200 in less than 45 minutes and did not get 10 cents in return
I have now mapped allof the oklahoma ones and starting a path from one to the other
If you are playing land based look for small ones in ouit of the way towns
Another thing we have found is the amount you play per pull or push of button . We have found the same game inm one casino may not hit on an amount of more than 20 to 60 cents , some may only hit at a 90 cent bet or what the 3rd amount may be and some we have found only seem to hit at max bet or near max bet
So if a machine is not playing at the level you are pulling do ot be afraid to go up or down

That's a lot of casinos. Are you planning to do Florida any time soon? Good info.

Doing Florida

Steviedoo,
We have been to Florida . Last year we left Dallas , Texas and drove the coast line a smuch as possible .
went all the way down to Key West drove in the old Fort there and walked to the water stuck our toes in the water and our a@@es in the sand for about 3 minutes and the drove back
We stopped at two or three casinos and did not do well at any of them
Yes, we are planning to return maybe early summer of 2017

I always try to hit up the nearest casinos when I'm traveling. I love seeing all the different atmospheres and the hotels are amazing! Over the past 2 years, I've been to 12 different casinos (some in the same state). My top three are:
1) Mountairy Casino in Pennsylvania. Didn't stay the night but we spent some time on the slots. There are sooooo many slots!! There's a

of some of what they offer - but there is so much more.
2) My home state is Michigan so I'm very familiar with the casinos around the state. But one of my favorite places is Greektown Casino. I have had some good luck on the roulette table there! We ended up eating at a restaurant in the casino and LOVED it. Seriously, if you're there gambling, go check out

and definitely try the Atlantic Salmon.
3) And another fav is Horseshoe Hammond - which is just a quick drive from Chicago. It is a gorgeous casino with amazing views of the water. I also had some good luck here (which is another factor of it making my top 3 haha). Something really unique about Horseshoe is their Asian Gaming Area. It's definitely worth checking out. You will be overwhelmed by its beauty. Here's a

of what it looks like.

Anybody else been to these casinos? What did you think!

There are a bunch of casinos here in Oklahoma, I live here and I have only been to about 8 or 9. My favorite is Riverwind Casino, off the highway in Norman, OK or near it. They have so many new machines now. I always have fun when there or when I can get out which is not much due to health reasons. Wish I could travel around like you guys, but health reasons hold me back for a lot of things.
